This condo is very nice and exactly what they advertised it would be. We had everything we needed and was very close to everything including Wal-Mart. We like the gated parking lot so that we didn't have to worry about our vehicle getting broke into. But we especially like the price, we have been going to Panama City for several years and so far this is the best deal we have found. We already have reservation on this condo for this upcoming Oct. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, clean, affordable and safe place to stay while on vacation.

Cozy 5th floor beachfront condo with a lovely view. Convenient to everything with a nice balcony for sunning. Owner was very helpful and always available with answers to our questions. One of the best rentals for the price! We enjoyed every day! Jim and Debby

My husband and 2 kids stayed here and had the best time. The prices are reasonable and the view is wonderful. Security is great an no one bothered us. Very well furnished, just as described! Nice to work with honest people!! Can't wait to stay at Robins condo in the future! Just told my friend last night to give her a call!!

You will not find a better condo to stay in Panama City Beach. We stayed for the first week of March 2012, the condo is nicer then it reflex in the photos, the view from the balcony is better then great, The condo is well stocked with all the things you need to make your stay a good one, the owner Robin was great to deal with. We will be back next year and many more years to come.

Clean, convenient, great gulf view, this condo had all we needed. This was a first for me to be on vacation for a entire month and I was completely satisfied. The owner was very helpful with making the reservation and any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for vacation.

Our 2nd year to stay in this condo and we were as pleased this year as we were last year. I have never seen the water as clear as it was last week, and the temperature was perfect This is the very best deal in PCB. God willing we will be back next year.

Great value for the price. Nice and cozy, clean. Good view of the beach and gulf. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. A/C worked great. Nice TV (bigger than it looks in the picture) with DVD player. In drawer, you'll find brochures, maps, listings of everything you'd need to find in Panama City. Perfect for two, but can sleep more with pullout couch.

My daughter and I just returned from our third summer vacation in this unit. It's the absolute best! Perfect size, great location, best price, and even better than it looks in photos! Trying to get my sister to plan a week long visit with me in November- I can't wait another year to go back!

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at Sunbird Condo room 503 west the owner was really nice the place was real clean and very good view of the gulf.The whole building has an exterminator for all floors and no pests whatsoever we have allready booked for next winter.Ron & Mae

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this condo the week of Aug 14th. All we could say is WOW!!! The condo is plenty big enough for two people, it was nicely furnished and very clean. The patio has an extraordinary view of the gulf. You are only a few steps from Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant (best ribs and margaritas in town). I feel this condo is one of the best deals in Panama City Beach. I highly recommend it to everyone. Only thing save us a week next year we will be going back. Our stay couldn't have been better. The unit provided everything for a comfortable stay for two people. Excellent furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen made us feel completely at home. The morning sun makes the unit warm and cozy. The views from the balcony are to the east down the length of the beach and south into the Gulf. Sunbird is centrally located near restaurants and shopping. All amenities are within a short drive of the complex. It was a most enjoyable week and we hope to return next year.

Our stay was close to a five star. The condo was VERY clean. A few minor improvements could be made. Better selection of kitchen stuff. Kitchen light needed replacing. All in all very good will stay there again. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Good access to beach, stores, etc.

This condo has a great view and is very convenient to local attractions. It has direct access to the beach and to the on-site pool. It is also nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a nice getaway. I plan to stay here again in the future.

We Stayed For 2 Months At This Condo Directly On The Gulf. It Is Very Tiny, But Clean And Quiet, Except For Spring Break. We Were Disappointed That The Building Rented To Spring Break Students, As The Website Indicated No Rentals For Anyone Under 25. It Was Very Loud During This Time...doors Slamming, Yelling, Etc...at All Hours Of The Day And Night. Otherwise, We Enjoyed Our Stay. The Building Is Very Basic And Appears To Be Older Than Most In The Area.
