• Required Stay: 3 night minimum - NO RENTERS UNDER AGE 25
   
• Deposits: $100.00 deposit due immediately after booking to confirm reservation. This deposit will become a damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded after departure if there is no damage to condo during your stay. The rental amount is due 14 days before the arrival date & then keys will be mailed.
   
• Other Fees: $15.00 parking pass & $60.00 end of stay cleaning fee

We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back this year. Everything was wonderful and we had a terrific time. Love the condo and would recommend it to everyone. It has everything we need in a great location. I love that it's right next door to Pineapple Willy's and very close to Pier Park, Capt. Anderson's, grocery shopping, post office, banks, and everywhere else we want to go while in Panama City Beach. We'll be going back again and again.

I was on vacation in this condo really enjoy view and the beaches of Panama Ciry Beach, condo is very clean and owner is very nice..I would recamand this condo to everyone who would like to visit Panama City Beach.

This condo has a great view and is very convenient to local attractions. It has direct access to the beach and to the on-site pool. It is also nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a nice getaway. I plan to stay here again in the future.
