Deposits: A $200.00 deposit ($1000 for Spring Break) will hold the condo for you until 30 days prior to your arrival and serve as a security deposit in case of damages to the condo during your stay. If you decide to cancel after the deposit has been sent there is a loss of 50% of your deposit. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Once paid, No refunds will be granted if canceled within 30 days of your scheduled arrival unless the condo is re-rented.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Other Fees: Cleaning, parking & wrist bands $100.00. PLEASE NOTE THAT DAMAGE is anything beyond normal wear and tear; leaving the property in a condition that requires extra hours for the housekeeper; security issues, and noncompliance with the rental agreement (Reservations for Spring Break may require additional advance/damage deposits, and ID's on reserving and on arrival.) All PayPal fees will be paid by the renter.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was amazing! It exceeded all my expectations and was a wonderful place to stay. It was the perfect size for two people. It was clean and modern, especially the kitchen appliances. The view of the gulf from the balcony was stunning!! The Sunbird condos provide easy and secure access to the beach, and it is conveniently located near plenty of good stores and restaurants. I wish the WiFi signal had been stronger within the condo. However, I would still definitely recommend staying here. I cannot wait to go back!

I had a great time at this condo, where I stayed during a clinical rotation for graduate school. Chris was a very attentive and responsive host and the condo was very well kept and clean with lots of amenities and renovations. The beach access was unbeatable. Thanks so much for an amazing month!
