It was a nice place. Quite. Plenty of room for 8 all except the kitchen, it's not very wide. Only thing I think that was a con to me was the SLOW elevators there & done the walls were in need of since cleaning, like just before you go into laundry room & the door facing when u exit. I would definetly go again.

We had a great time . This condo was very reasonably priced. Owner was very helpful. Hot tub didn't heat while we were there but besides that the 2 pools were nice the condo was clean. A few jelly fish in September when we went . Close to alot of things . It was quiet but not many kids since it was September .

I have stayed here on several occasions (mainly during Thunderbeach), and it is ALWAYS been a great place. Very comfortable for 6 (remember, its 3 nice bedrooms) and very kid friendly. The location is very convenient, safe, secure (gated parking, 24 hour on-site security, LOTS of room and space), available FREE space for parking motorcycle trailers (as of May 2010), CLEAN and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, GREAT sunset views, always more than enough cooking and eating supplies in the kitchen for a large crowd (if you choose to cook while on vacation), nice to have a washer and drier, several great dining places within 15-20 minutes walking, and the same for several great clubs and party venues. St Andrews State Park 1 mile, Ms Newbys, La Vila and Spinnaker about 2 miles, the Naval Base about 2 miles, Shops at Edgewater 3, Red Door 4, Sharkys 5, Pier Park and Frank Brown Park about 6 - 7, Sandpiper Beacon 9. If you are staying a week or longer in Panama City Beach ...... THIS is the place! Great Location, Great Price, CLEAN and COMFORTABLE, Great Views from 7th floor (AWESOME SUNSETS), BEST Place on the beach! The owner, Mr. Van Asten is a great host!

Older complex. 2nd bedroom too loud to sleep in due to a/c unit and hallway. OK, not great- more of a singles atmosphere at the complex than family.

I'm sorry you were not happy with your stay and gave us just two stars. I have worked extremely hard to update our condo and keep it in great shape. Please call me anytime you have problems with our condos, especially noisy a/c units.
Regency Towers prides itself as a family complex with its kiddie pool, pool tables, shuffle board, grassy area, & karaoke. Any problems with singles should be brought to the attention of security.

I looked for months on the internet for a good deal and a nice place. I hit the jackpot!! Everything was wonderful! The location was great, the beach was awesome and the pool was warm, sometimes too warm and we had to go take a jump in the unheated one. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. We were not in need of anything else. Thanks Chris for keeping it so nice. We will be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Regency Towers. The condo was as presented but it is much bigger than the pictures show. The beach is awesome. The kids loved the heated pool. We would love to go back! We would recommend.

Great place! We visited for a week in early March 2009, and found sun everyday. The Lil Wayne concert was just a short walk down the amazing beach. The view from the condo was breathtaking and the dolphins were out two days!

We stayed at this condo at the end of August '08. The place was wonderful...we had plenty of space for the whole group that went! The view fromt he balcony was spectacular and you really could watch the dolphins off of it. We enjoyed staying at this place very much, and would definately come back. What a great time we had! Thank you Chris! The condo was as comfortable as being at home. The beach was beautiful and the ocean water was crystal clear. This condo is AMAZING! Myself along with 6 of my friends chose Panama for our senior trip and without this condo our experience would not have been fulfilled. It is twice as big as it looks in the pictures. The price was great and the location was the best. We didn't have to travel far for anything. And the hot tub room is in the process of being remodeled and is very nice as well. We only stayed a week, but I wish we could have stayed longer. We all for sure want to come and stay again. Chris was as nice as he could have been. You have to check this condo out!
