Our unit is located on the 2nd floor right above the central pools, so you can sunbathe on the huge balcony with your favorite cold drink and watch what goes on in or around the pool.
Many parents prefer this location due to safety concerns and easy access to the pool for the kids.
This condominium has everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation:
Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances; cookware and utensils you may need to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are brand new.
The unit has three areas for guests to sleep separated by doors:
large bedroom with king size bed,
bunk bed area in the hall,
and the living room with large leather queen size sofa-bed .
Two bathrooms are conveniently located within the unit for your privacy.
Living room and bedroom have TV sets with free cable.
The complex has a lot to offer to the kids and grown-ups alike. It has 6 pools including 2 large pools, Hot Tub where young people and teens like to hang out at night, Kiddies pool. It features easy access to the beautiful white sand beach where you will find many activities for all ages including volleyball, kayaking, jetski, parasailing, banana boat rides, boating, waterskiing, snorkeling, windsurfing, and so on.
There are great amusement park and Miniature Golf in 3 min walking time from the property. Two tennis courts are available for the guests free of charge.
The Gameroom, Gym and Gift shop are located on the first floor. Right by the large pools you will find TikkiBar
And Restaurant where you may always get your favorite burger or pizza. (There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the area (walking distance or short driving)
Our favorite is Captain Jack Rest.where you will fresh seafood buffet for lunch and dinner at very reasonable price.
The Summit is famous for the booming night life. There are 2 famous nightclubs in walking distance to the property: Spinnakers and Club Lavella. During spring break time and summertime those clubs become the center of nightlife for the entire Panhandle region.
There are also a lot of attractions for the children of all ages in walking or short driving distance including theme parks, museums and large souvenirs shops. Please also check out nearby State Park where you can see live crocodiles.

My wife and I have been staying at this unit for 6 years and have always found it clean and well furnished. The 2nd floor location is very convenient. The view of the pools and ocean are great. We have already booked for next year. The rate is all inclusive, thats a good deal. We would definitely recommend this unit.

I had an amazing time at The Summit. The beach and pool lounge area were very well maintained. The room was very clean an came with a BEAUTIFUL view of Panama Beach. Friendly staff that were kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend booking a trip here and can't wait to go back next year!

I have stayed in this unit for the last 4 years. It’s a great room on the 2nd floor. The unit has great views. The condo is very nice and I feel safe while staying there. Have great amenities on site. It is in a good location. I would recommend it for anybody looking for a great deal! I have already booked it for 2012. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at the Summit was a very enjoyable time. The view from the unit was exactly as pictured in the add. The second floor location right off the stairs and elevator made access very easy.The Pools were great as was the beach. The staff kept the grounds very clean and neat. The gated parking area gave great peace of mind as you didn't worry about your car at all. The unit itself was nice but it is starting to get a little well used. The master bed was in need of replacement as was the carpeting throughout. A few other minor things were in need of repair or replacement but nothing that took away from our overall good time. The owner, Mr. Genkin, was very nice and easy to work with. The Summit has a great location that is near anything you could think of to do. We definitely would use this unit again.

The view is exactly as pictured. A heated pool and an unheated pool great for both day and evening swimming. Everything close by. Great place for a family. More to do than the week allowed. Convenient 2nd floor so you don't have to wait on the elevator. Great value!!!!!!!!!!!

This condo was more than a expected it was easy to go from it to the beach because it is located on the second floor near the steps. The atmosphere was also good it was a good place to relax it wasn't a party zone like most of the places where everyone party's all through the night. In my opinion this is a very good clean place to stay.
