The condo and the owner were very nice. Splash is great concept for kids however the decking does not have enough chairs around the pool. The kids had a great time in the water park with the slides and water falling. The lazy river is a bit nasty and our son ended up with an ear infection. The cart situation will most likely prevent us from returning as you have to follow people around asking if they were finished using the cart. The man who got our cart had been waiting 2 hours for a cart.

Very nice and clean condo. Lots of room and the view was amazing. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed all the activities and we enjoyed the bar by the pool.
