Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Welcome to Edgewater Beach Resort, where you can begin your special vacation or honeymoon. The condo is fully furnished with brand new washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishes and linens. There is a queen size bed in a private room with dresser, and a queen size sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs to relax in with a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. There is a table with chairs to enjoy the meals in the room or you can eat @ the resort restaurant and bar. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with a private vanity room for dressing area. Your private patio looks out over the gorgeous golf course with a lake and waterfall, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, sunrises or watch a great golf game.

At Edgewater Beach Resort, there is a huge lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands, 110 acres of private Panama City Beach, 11 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, one shuffleboard court ,parasailing, jet skiing, weightlifting, beach yoga or a soothing body wrap, 11 tennis courts, 36 golf holes and endless Florida Gulf sunsets., as well as 24 hour security with gated access.

THE AGE LIMIT IS 28 YEARS OLD, MINMIUM 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN, NO PETS, AND NON SMOKING UNIT.

The resort is convenient to everything such as all the great restaurants, shopping, grocery and museums with a Super WalMart in case you forget anything! • Other Fees: $85.00 CLEANING FEE, 10% CONDO FEE $10.00 CHARGE FOR LOST POOL TAGS DEPOSIT OF $300.00 WILL BE KEPT FOR ANY DAMAGE TO UNIT THAT IS REPORTED TO OWNERS. AGE LIMIT 28 YEARS

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for 2 people. We really enjoyed the very private patio overlooking the fountain. Close enough to walk to the beach and stores near by. Publix was just down the street. The owners were easily accessible by phone for questions. They even called back to make sure everything was ok.  more...
