SPLASH -Sterling Resort's newest Condo- it's all here for great Family Fun! Our brand new 3rd floor condo, with sleeping for up to six (6) people, has great views of the beautiful sands and Gulf of Mexico and is perfectly situated on a lower floor for families.

From the Water Park to the Fitness Room overlooking the white sands, the two heated beachside pools, to the Video Arcade, SPLASH offers something for every member of the family! The Water Park is great for kids and includes waterslides, water cannons, a 'lazy river' ride with inner tubes to ride around and,"dive-in" movies! The arcade/game room includes challenging video games along with a miniature bowling alley!

Mom and Dad will love Splash too and not just because the kids are having a ball. There is an adult only swimming pool and jacuzzi with a birds eye view of the kids play area, state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside Bar & Grill, High Speed Internet access and on-site Beach apparel and Surf shop. Not to mention a fantastic Front Beach Road location with easy access to Pier Park shopping, movies and restaurants (approx. 2 miles away) and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Hwy. 30-A's Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches (approx. 7 miles away).

Our condo is professionally decorated and "platinum rated" for your enjoyment. Master bedroom, 2 large bathrooms and bunk area, will comfortably accommodate a family of 4-6!!!

A $310 reservation deposit by credit card will hold your reservation. The building is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. We do not rent to singles under 25.
