Beach Front Sunbird Condo 3rd Floor (#23604)

Write a review VERY NICE PLACE FOR THE MONEY WE PAID..HAD EVERYTING WE NEEDED. VERY CLEAN AND DECORATED VERY PRETTY...THANKS FOR THE GREAT DEAL... The weather was great all week, except when we needed to go shopping (and everyone was leaving) on Monday, Labor Day. We would love to stay again. We just returned from our stay in your Unit on the 3rd floor. We had a wonderful time - the condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had everything we needed (except a wine bottle opener - LOL), however we managed to get it open! The weather was absolutely perfect and the condo was conveniently located to everything we needed! Very handy with the Super Wal-Mart right across the street. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return! We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit, very clean an great view! It was nice having a great room since it rained most of the time we were there we spent alot of time in room! The sunbird was very quiet and safe we will be back!:) This is the best place I have ever stayed. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need! Great view, great and fast communication from owner, and great overall experience. Hope to continue to come here year after year. Pictures do not do justice~ DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK!!! Thanks again Lori! My wife and I brought our 11 year old daughter and a friend. On on the Gulf, it was wonderfull This was my family's first time to the beach and we LOVED it. I have a bad back and I can't believe how comfortable the bed and couches were. I loved being able to look down at the pool to see how crowded it was before we headed down. I LOVED the ocean view. The only problem was too much sea weed on the beach. All those who had been to this condo before said it was much more than normal. GREAT TRIP. We are already planning the next one. Clean,well-furnished,great view, and easy to rent. Convenient to the beach and pool. Can't go wrong!! My family loved the condo. It was very clean and well taken care of. My family is already wanting to go back to the same place. As a Canadian Snowbird relying totally on a rental page description I was very happy with the comfort, furnishings, decor and location of this condo and enjoyed 2 months here. The added convenience of a washer/dryer for a long term stay was great. The owner was prompt in all dealings and anxious to ensure a value-added experience. Highly recommend to any potential renters. We loved the condo! We found it to be very clean, and what a wonderful view of the ocean for a great price! The beach is nice and we found several different kinds of shells. Pineapple Willy's is next door which is an added bonus! Great slushy drinks and food! We will certainly recommend this one to friends or return ourselves! Thank you allowing us to use your condo with the short notice we gave..we had a great honeymoon. The washer and dryer in the condo was also nice (as a new wife) I didn't have to come home with loads of dirty laundry. Hope to stay there again

The condo was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and having such a beautiful condo really made our vacation very nice. We feel very lucky to have found such wonderful people like ya'll to rent from.
