Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
This condo is professionally decorated, and boasts all of the top quality amenities that set the Platinum Properties apart from some of the other properties. This unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
I have contracted with the Beach Service, so I can now provide COMPLIMENTARY, AS IN NO COST TO YOU, FREE Beach Service! That means two of the nice lounge chairs with the large umbrella already reserved for you at no charge! All my guests have loved it!
The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is right next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called "Schooner's, the last origional local beachfront bar" You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool. Also, you will be less than a mile to St Andrews State Park, an excellent park with a natural kiddy pool for the children, a fishing pier and hourly shuttles to Shell Island where you can watch the dolphins playing in the Gulf (usually around 3-5pm they are visible)
Fishing? You betcha! If you have never gone deepsea fishing this is the place to be. You can charter a private boat and catch lots of Red Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack,etc, and if you find the private craft too pricey, you can always take the captain Anderson Party boat, get a great rate for 6, 10, or 12 hrs and still have a great time and catch BIG fish.
Golf? Wow! Panama City Beach boasts to have the best Golf courses in the Panhandle.
For the children, there's unlimited activities from Miniature Golf, Go-cart rides, Zoo World, Gulfworld, Ripleys Believe it or Not, Para-sailing, Shipwreck Water park and much moredon't forget all the excellent Dollar stores on Front Beach Road, best place ever to buy souveniers.
You have got to see Pier Park! Loads of fantastic restaurants, and specialty shopsvery upscale!

Better Than Advertised!

My wife and I was really blessed, the property was excellent. We like the fact that we received the keys in the mail about a week before the trip and that enabled us to go directly to the property without having to check in or go else where to get the keys. The facilities were in great shape and the experience was better than advertised!

We stayed here during October and couldn't be more pleased. Great weather, uncrowded beaches. The condo was as advertised, if not better. No complaints- it was a pleasant stay.

We searched online and found several beautiful condos, but you never know until you arrive if the pictures are reality. This condo was perfect! The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. It is beautifully decorated, but still feels like home. The owner, Steve, is great to work with. He is truly interested in seeing that you have a great, relaxing time. Having the beach set up daily was an added bonus. That was one less worry when you headed to the ocean. We enjoyed having the banana boat rentals right beside us too. Of course walking to the open air restaurant was an added experience. If sand isn't your thing, you can sit at the pool and see the ocean too. This condo is conveniently located to a couple of big grocery stores, several restaurants, and shopping places including Pier Park. One thing not pictured was the view from the front. You could see for miles and water was all around. Being afraid of heights, I was a little apprehensive about the 16th floor, but it was awesome! We will definitely be back to stay at this condo!

We loved this condo ans the assistance given by Steve the owner. We had a great time. The condo was safe and clean. It ahd everything you could ask for. A beautiful view, Great beach and accomodations. I hope to return soon. My boys loved it too.

We recently spent 8 days in your lovely condo, the condo was just right for our needs, very nicely decorated, everything we needed was there. The bonus of being in a secured building helped keep our minds at ease being away from home. We definantely will be returning sometime in the future. Also lucie was great helping out sleepy lost travelers!
