We purchased this condo as a 2nd home for our family of five. We call it 'The Surf Shack.' We know that precious memories are built when couples/families put aside the normal routine and spend time together. Our purchase of this condo signifies our commitment to those times with our family. Because the routines of life are necessary, we cannot be on vacation at our condo all the time! So we decided to share our safe haven with others. If you need time away, to laugh, read, exercise, sunbath, collect shells, take romantic walks on the beach, outlet shop, putt putt, golf, slide down crazy waterslides, etc...we have a wonderful, playfully decorated condo where you can feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. • Deposits: A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. It is, however, fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure.
   
• Other Fees: NO ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING FEE FOR WEEKLY RENTERS. Peak summer season rental is weekly ONLY. FREE beach chair service provided March 1 - mid October
