Two balconies overlook the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf with its emerald green water and playful dolphins. The parlour/dining room overlook Lake Powell. Enjoy the two pools...1 oversize indoor/outdoor. The pools are surrounded by a huge deck, complete with many chairs. Lovely gazebos can be provided for those who seek the shade. There is high speed internet, spas,an exercise room fit for a king/queen, kiddie playground. Paddleboats, bikes, canoes are at your pleasure for a nominal fee. Enjoy the view,as you relax in the recline or on the beach, of water skiers, fishermen, pellicans, playful dolphins.
