• Other Fees: Check out cleaning fee is $75.00. Please be advised that the condo will be inspected immediately after your departure. In the unlikely event that there is any damage, you will be notified immediately so that we can quickly remedy the situation. Should there be ANY evidence of pet or smoke damage, you will be required to pay an additional extensive cleaning fee of $250, in addition to any costs to repair any damage that may be caused by pets or smoke.

My friends and I used this condo for our spring break stay. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The condo was absolutely wonderful, I have no complaints and many many compliments! Wonderful place and location for the bike rally at the beach. The condo was wonderful. Great view of the beach from the oversized balcony. Awesome swimming pool and facilities. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Hopefully will beable to return in the spring.

What a wonderful vacation our family of 5(now 6)had. The condo was awesome! On our first morning, we looked out the bay window in the Master Suite to see a school of dolphins. We knew it was going to be a great vacation. The pool was great, the beach nice and clean, and we had the priviledge of meeting the owners. We hope to return next year! Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your fabulous condo! I visited with my son during his Spring Break along with a friend and her son and the accommodations were impeccable! Walking in was like walking into a little bit of heaven drenched in sunshine and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Unlike many accommodations, the condo was relaxing and inviting and the staff members always had a friendly "hello" or kind word when we passed them by on our way to the jacuzzi, pool or beach! We look forward to returning soon and will be sure to tell all of our friends and family so they can enjoy it as much as we did!
