We rented this condo for a Christmas vacation week. Everything was just as expected. So beautiful and elegant! And the Maddens are just the best folks! We will definately be making return visits!

We got there and check in was ready for us. We checked in and went up too the room it was great.clean.had everything we needed.the view was so nice.we will stay there again no problems.the group there was so nice..thanks a lot for a great time and a beautiful place to stay..the Gamlens

Nice condo lots of room for all. The sofa bed was terrible, needs new mattress ,and garbage in hall smelled in room.

Great condo, great views! Watched the rays play in the shallow water and parasailers. Covered parking garage across Front Beach worked out pretty good with a motorcycle. Enjoyed our stay for Thunder Beach, very comfortable.

We stayed at this condo a number of times in 2006. The decor is elegant and very well done. It is our favorite condo in PCB. The owners are easy to work with and very attentive. The rates are amoung the best you will find in the area for a luxury condo. Very nice!!! We highly recommend that you try this one.

This is our last night here and I can tell everyone that EVERY WORD of this ad is TRUE. This is a premium condo, roomy, quiet, beautiful view and decor and top of the line everything!. I was nervous about renting from an owner but you are not going to find anyone more concerned that you have a pleasant experience than Mr. Madden. The property is new and they have the world's fastest elevator, so do not be timid about the floor. This unit is right at the elevator and you can be at the beach or pool in no time! Dolphin were jumping outside within 30 minutes of our arrival. I am so happy to be able to be the first one to review this condo and thank Mr. and Mrs. Madden personally for all the net to see. Thanks Mr. Madden for being the greatest host!. PS This is close to Gulf World which is a must not miss!
