Summerhouse has a private beach with a beautiful tropical pool and gazebo area. Summerhouse Condos has received the Panama City Beach "Beautification" award two years in a row. Our repeat guests know the staff at Summerhouse are always friendly and helpful.

We are one of the few that allow Sun-Sun bookings! I prefer phone calls to multiple emails, see my number below.

ATTENTION!! We do not rent to singles under 25 or groups of students!

Key Points: All our amenities, parking and check-in are on-site; no crossing over on a walkway, etc. This convenience is immeasurable!!

Summerhouse is located on Thomas Drive near St Andrew State Park. It has two beautiful pools (one heated), a hot tub, kiddie pool, shuffle board, racquetball and tennis. It has a large gazebo near the beach where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Best of all, you step off the pool deck directly onto the white sand beaches of the Emerald Gulf!!!

This complex is very family friendly. In the lobby are video games and pool tables for the family's enjoyment. The complex is equipped with WiFi for your computers.

This is a two bedroom/two bath unit with ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen, bath and balcony. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and bathroom. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bath, which has a tiled walk-in shower. Each bathroom has a wall mounted hair dryer. The condo comes equipped with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave and anything you would need for your home away from home, including a washer and dryer! There are TVs in the living room and bedrooms, along with a stereo, VHS and DVD players. Save money by having breakfast on the balcony as you enjoy the ocean view.

The unit can sleep seven; it has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. I've placed a pack 'n play in the guest closet to use for infants. Please be sure to clean it and allow it to dry before storing it away.

My condo is located on the 6th floor and overlooks the pool and beach. All of the pictures are from our balcony.

Summerhouse is on Thomas drive which is at the east end of Panama City Beach, which puts your within 15 minutes of the Panama City Airport. Five minutes down the beach is St Andrew State Park where you can fish, snorkel or enjoy the wildlife. They also have a boat that does shuttles to Shell Island where you often see Dolphin swimming. There are many restaurants and activities within a 5 mile radius to enjoy

Winter guests plan many social events in the lobby. It is a great winter getaway for snowbirds. In the summer there are many beach activities underway, plus St Andrews State Park is nearby with snorkeling and a water shuttle to Shell Island! There are 2-3 marinas less than a mile away that rent boats or charter for fishing trips.

Sorry, no pets!

Security on duty 6 pm to 5:30 am.

Check in is in the lobby, not a remote rental office!! And parking is right out front, not across the street.

The condo had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing vacation! Our weather was not the greatest but the condo was still great to hang out in as a family!We go to PCB every year and normally stay somewhere different but this year we wanted something new. And am I glad we did pick somewhere new!! The only thing is that the pools where not heated, they turn the heat off in May and that would of been nice for us since it was chilly in the middle of May for us! But overall the stay was great!

Our stay was a very relaxing one. This condo has a direct, short access to the white sandy beach and clear waters of the Gulf. All units have ocean view with balconies for relaxing mornings or evenings. Two pools, hot tub and gazebo provide nice alternative to those who don't like to swim in the ocean.The beach was clean with very little or no seaweeds, sand is perfect: white and clean, nice for long walks. Our kids enjoyed pool table in the lobby. Parking is steps away from the front door. Condo building and units are a bit tired but acceptable. We were there for the beach. Booking and checking-in were quick and simple. We would definitely come back.
