Gulf front beautiful newer condo with gulf front Master Suite plus separate bunkroom. Oceanfront Livingroom and Master. This beautiful new condo has a King-bed in the Master Suite and a Full-Bed in the Bunkroom.

We are about 1 mile from the new Pier Park with shopping, movies and great new restaurants including Margarittaville.

Wake in the morning to a view of the sand and surf from your bedroom. Take your coffee and breakfast out to the spacious balcony with a large table, chairs and glider.

Work-out in the huge exercise room while viewing the pool deck and the gulf waters.

Relax by one of the two Gulf Front pools or by the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico on our spacious white sand beach. The pool deck has been described as reminicient of a fine cruise ship. Watch the kids play in the pool and water spraying mushroom, until hunger from all the fun prompts them to ask for dinner.

You may decide to stay in and prepare your meal in your own full kitchen complete with new appliances and granite countertops. Next, you may want to watch the 42" plasma TV as you enjoy the ambiance of the new electric fireplace. The kids can watch two other flat screen TVs, one is located in the master bedroom and the other is in the bunk room with a full size bed.

You may decide to spend your evening trying one of the many fine restaurants located nearby. Your car will be easily accessible from the garage located under the building.

We are very pleased with our stay. Everything that we needed was there for us to use. The pools were always warm. The evening security person was very nice and able to answer any questions. The ladies that work on the fifth floor, were friendly and also helpful. My family is looking foreward to coming next year.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Ms. Jones has spared no expense in furnishing and decorating this condo. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. I've never stayed somewhere and felt so much at home. Everything you need is there for you. My boys and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The view from the 18th story was breath taking. We were able to see stingrays and dolphins playing in the water. I would highly recommend booking this condo. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Panama City.

I've been going to Panama City Beach for over 40 years and have stayed at many different accomodations. this condo was by far the best yet! It was beautifully furnished with real furniture. Not the beachy wicker of most places. I really felt at home. The entire unit is well appointed with all the comforts of home.

We had a great experince staying in this condo and working with Donna. This condo felt very much like home from the moment we stepped inside. Everything is beautiful and everything is supplied. We spent evenings on the balcony watching the sun melt into the Gulf of Mexico. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a great week at the beach! It was close to shopping and restaurants and movies. The condo is right across from the elevators and the parking was conveniently underneath. We hope to visit again soon. Truly Fabulous!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could think of including beach chairs and an umbrella. 18th floor gave up some gorgeous views of the sunset. I would highly recommend this unit.
