Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

The Summit Condos 518 & 519 in Panama City Beach are Vacation Rentals by Owner located in the favorite Family Spring Break and Summer vacation destination in PCB FL.

The condos are 912 square feet sleep 6 people and face directly out to the sugar white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

They have a Master bedroom with a king bed 1.5 bathrooms, Twin Bunk beds that are great for kids or adults, a living room area with a queen sofa sleeper, a dining breakfast bar area and a full kitchen with everything you need to save money o meals.

Our two condos are on the 5th floor. Each condo has a covered balcony overlooking one of the large swimming pools with a beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico. Just 1 door east of the center elevators you will have a center of the building view of the pool deck Tiki Bar and the beach.

Beginning in April and throughout the rest of the year The Summit becomes a wonderful place for a family looking for a fun filled time on their vacation.

There is something to do at the resort, on the beach, or within a short walking distance for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

Many visitors return to The Summit Condominium Resort every year because they have found it is one of the best vacation destinations in all of Florida and is within reasonable driving distances.

The Summit is secure and gated; the parking lot and grounds are patrolled by on-site security.

Large families or two families and groups traveling together like to rent both of our side by side adjoining condos. When the adjoining doors are opened it is like renting a 5th floor penthouse with 1,824 square feet of living area. Rented together they will sleep 12 people. When the adjoining doors are closed each family or group can have their own privacy.

Ask about our set of beach chairs that we offer with our vacation rentals and enjoy the luxury of your own set of padded chairs and a big beach umbrella. You can bask in the sun or rest in the shade on our 610 feet of private Panama City Beach Front.

The Summit's special features include two huge swimming pools three large new hot tubs, separate men's/women's gyms with modern exercise equipment, two dry saunas, tennis courts, a game room, shuffleboard courts, outdoor grills and a picnic area.

The Summit Tiki bar is by the pool, and "Bikini Bob's beach bar and restaurant is beach side.

The Summit Snack Shack Ice Cream Shoppe & Convenience Store and large game room are on site.

Beautiful gardens, beach volleyball courts and a kids playground are on the beach for your family fun. Wave runner parasail rentals are on the beach.

Our condos are updated every year to maintain the quality that our guests expect. Furnishings are fresh and the condos are decorated to in a beach theme and are similar to the expensive new beach condos and homes at a fraction of the price to rent one.

Enjoy the night life of PCB! The Summit is located near the two biggest beach clubs in the world, Spinnaker and Club Le Vela. Hammerhead Fred's, Schooners Last Local's Beach club and the Ms. Newby's Club are nearby. Walk to restaurants, mini golf, and other area attractions for all ages.
If you are looking for a golfing vacation, Bay Pointe, Hombre, and Signal Hill championship golf courses are nearby.

An additional discount will be granted for this Panama City Beach vacation rental if booked and paid for 120 days in advance.

Responsible young adults, under 21 are welcome at our vacation rental in Panama City at any time. Under 18 Requires Parental consent, liability release and responsibility statement.

We Accept Credit Cards. We charge an additional 4% to cover part of the processing fees that are charged to us by the bank.

A payment deposit of 50% of the total rent, cleaning fee and tax is preferred at the time the reservation is made. We will accept a credit card authorization and a partial cash payment in lieu of the 50%.

The Total Rent & Tax is due 21 days prior to your check in date. The advance deposit is deducted from the rent and tax total.

No Cash Security Deposit is Required:
We do not take your vacation cash out of your pocket like everyone else! We require a Signed Credit Card Security Deposit Authorization of $500 during Spring Break and $200 at all other times. The credit card security deposit authorization will be cleared 14-21 working days after satisfactory check out and inspection.

A $100 cleaning fee at Spring Break and $65 at all other times is required.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 21 days prior to scheduled check in date the deposit is forfeited. If canceled within 14 days deposit and 50% of the rent & tax is forfeited if property is not re-booked by another guest.

We cannot be responsible for weather related conditions and will not refund deposits or payments if the Panama City Beach area is open for business.

Nearby vacation attractions are St. Andrews state park, Gulfworld, zoos and Shipwreck Island, amusement parks and rides, river cruises, dinner cruises and even a gambling cruise ship available. Just a short drive away you can find a gigantic factory outlet, a quaint little sea-side arts village, dog tracks, race tracks, and dozens of other places to visit.
