My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo! Just as comfortable as being at home! It was very clean and very nicely decorated. This unit has a great view of the ocean and an unexpected surprise was the second balcony overlooking the street. We enjoyed watching all the activity on the strip. Everything was very close to the condo. The beach was right downstairs, the balcony view was great. There were multiple pools which one had movie viewings poolside which was pretty neat. Lots of shopping and dining nearby along with activities. The condo was well stocked with dishes and bedding and was also very well kept. We enjoyed our stay and Mr Wang was easy to do buisness with :)

The condo was very cozy and warm in decor! The appliances were top knotch and just like ours at home. The kids were SO excited about the bunk beds! We enjoyed the balcony and ocean view. The information given on the condo was very clear and good information. We loved our family vacation there and will definitely return. Loved Pier Park and our most favorite thing was taking a charter with Capt. Terri with Reel Fun Charters to fish. Got to see dophins and catch fresh fish to bring home with us!!! Loved it!!!!

The location of the condo was great, especially watching the fireworks off the pier. The condo was clean and a great fit for our family of 4. We watched the string rays from our balcony on several occasions which was really cool. The elevator system tends to be a bit confusing but after you figure out what your doing and the shortcuts it all works!!! I wasn't a big fan of the parking garage. The pool was nice. My husband really enjoyed the Tiki Bar at the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

I found this rental condo online and it was everything the description said and more! The family and I truly enjoyed our 5 day stay. It was the perfect size for 4. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the beach and dinner with the sliding doors wide open and the breeze blowing in the condo. Truly enjoyable and would rent again!

The condo was larger than it appeared in the photos. It was quite spacious for our family of five. We really enjoyed all of the amenities that the resort provided. There are scheduled activities for each day of the week. Our children loved swimming in the pool located on the beach and the beach across the skywalk. The children's pool near the parking garage is rather large and also includes a separate adult pool and hot tub. This condo also includes a great view of the beach. In the evenings, we could usually see groups of sting rays traveling along the coast from our balcony. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who loves the beach.

This was the best beach trip EVER! My daughter and her friends had the best time. The condo was perfect for our group. We had everything we needed in our rooms. The beach was perfect couldn't have asked for the weather to have been any better! The location was perfect. We had plenty of eating places and shopping within walking distance. We stayed in this condo for a week on the beach and we could not have been happier. The condo was so nice. The kitchen was so well stocked for a vacation unit. Our view from the patio was awesome. We watch schools of stingrays go right thru the water we had just been in every evening. One day we say a small shark in the same water...dolphins..all the comforts of home with a spectacular view. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time here. The condo is everything you need - kitchen, balcony, TV area, bedroom. But we spent most of our time on the beach. The beaches are beautiful! We didn't have a car but didn't spend too much money on cabs from the airport and to dinner. There is putt-putt and go-karting across the street. We had such a fun and great dinner at Dusty's, a mile or two away. It's great to be able to cook some meals at the condo and not have to eat out every meal. Bring beach towels. We'll definitely come back.

Perfect Get A Away!!

The condo was just as stated Perfect!! 1 bedroom, lots of space, right on the beach and a very short drive from Pier Park. My wife and daughter and I completely enjoyed the get away. I was like home away from home. Pro's It was so nice to by pass the front desk and go straight to the condo. Once you figure out the elevators (took about 2 min) moving around the resort is a breeze! This is a 26 story building so at times you will a little wait on the elevators, it was not a big deal. I hope this unit is available next time we take a beach trip as we will gladly stay again. We rented this condo on line and were a little bit nervous about it. However, when we arrived we found that it was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. It was so amazing to be able to sit on our patio on the 14th floor and watch the waves crashing to the shore! The condo is extremely clean, bright and cheerful. It is conveniently located next to the elevators which made it easy to access the beach, the lobby and the parking garage. We felt completely at home and it was really difficult to leave at the end of our stay. This condo provides luxury living at a bargain price. We hope to rent it again next winter.

Condo unit #1435 was a very nice place to stay, in our case was just one couple, so there was plenty of room for us, we did not have to use the bunkbeds or sleeper sofa. King sized bed was very comfortable, and seemed to have plenty of hot water. Would be great I think for a family up to 4 or so. Positives ======= Very Clean, well maintained plenty of towels etc very spacious for a 1 bedroom outstanding view of the ocean new appliances all of which worked well, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, etc unit is located not too far from nice attractions like Pier Point was only about a 6 hour drive from N Gwinnett (Atl area) suburbs we live in. Negatives ======= Not really much negaitive, elevator was (at times) a little noisy (from Master Bedroom), but I had no trouble falling asleep. Parking garage route to the unit takes some getting used to, but once you learn it, is not bad. Overall ====== Would recommend and would stay there again, a good value for price paid.

Our recent stay in PCB was exactly what we needed. The condo is exactly as promised - loved the decor - the great view. All the appliances were almost new - 2 large baths were great for the 5 of us. Easy to find - loved the no hassle check in - we just entered the door code provided by Don and moved in for the week! October could have been a little cool but the days were warm and even hot on a couple of days and the heated pool was a great surprise! The location is great just a short 5 min drive to Pier Park. Even a little grocery right across the street for cold beverages and snacks. I had read a few reviews of complicated parking and elevator issues. That takes about 5 minutes to figure out - no problem at all. Just need to take the right elevator. Linens were clean and in excellent shape. Lots of nice dishes and silverware. Coffee pot and iron provided both very clean. Plenty of nice white towels in both baths. The childrens pool is a little walk - i wouldn't bother - the other pool was fantastic and right off the beach. The 6 and 4 year old enjoyed this pool the most and it was closer to sand castle building. Spence made fabulous drinks at the Tiki Bar and at night movies were shown at the pool! Sharkey's restaurant is right down the street - cool bar type restaurant - great for the kids too! We enjoyed being close to Pier Park - loved the restaurants, shopping and lots for the kids to do. From our rented beach chairs we enjoyed watching the dolphins playing right in front of us. For my first time with VRBO i was more than pleasantly surpised in the condition of the condo. My deposit was returned within a week or so. Definitely recommend this VRBO! I hope to return in a few months! Thanks Don and VRBO!

Awesome stay, great facilities, great elevator access straight out of the condo onto the elevator down to beach level and right out onto the sand. Couldnt have asked for a better location. Great location to restaurants, shopping, the Pier, Pier Park shopping mall....the condo was great, great appliances, sleeping accomodations were great, and Oh My, the view from the balcony looking down on those emerald waters and that blonde sand, was breathtaking.....

What a View and Excellent Getaway

My husband and I have vacation in some very nice beach, lake and river front rental homes over the past 20 years. We have been living in Florida for 29 years and have never before been to the panhandle. This was also our first time to stay in a Condominium...and I can say the condo was absolutely fantastic! It had everything one could ask (comfortable bed & complete kitchen). Everything in the condo was just perfect along with a beautiful beach and pool just below us. The fishing piers, shops and restaurants were very close by. Every morning and evening we relaxed on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful views of the beach and listening to the surf wash peacefully against shore. No better way to end the day! To add to the excitement, a tropical storm passed through the area and really kicked up the waves which made us believe that we were at the ocean (aka Atlantic version). This condo was amazing!! We had a great view. There were so many activites that we were right in the middle of. Beach access was awesome. The condo came stocked with items to use to make us feel right at home:) I even broke up some thing and felt horrible. Mr. Wang was so nice about the whole situation. We will definitely be staying here again!! The whole trip was amazing thanks to Mr.Wang and his condo!

Just What We Needed

This Condo was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to relax as a family, enjoy a great view of the ocean, and have quick access to the beach. We had all that and more. The condo was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, had a nice kitchen and living area, had a perfect view, and had great access to the beach. The resort had lots of amenities like an exercise room, a Starbucks, easy parking, and a nice little bar. From our 14th floor balcony, we watched para-sailiers and tour helicopters going past us over the water at elevations not much higher than us. The parasail operaters were right there on the beach, and jet ski rentals were a short walk down the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the water was clear. There was a convenience store across the street that allowed an easy walk for groceries we forgot to bring. Many other stores were near by. We didn't have to drive any further than five minutes to get to Pier Park and have a wide variety of great restaraunts to choose from. The owner was extremely gracious and we felt like we got a great deal. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! Whether as a nice vacation spot for the whole family or a romantic get-away with just the spouse, we highly recommend it! Will come again!

The condo was what we expected - wonderful. All appliances, bedding, etc. were really nice. Great private view from the balcony. Fitness center was nice. We would go back to this condo if we get the chance!!

This was our first time to Panama City and we loved it, especially with our condo. The condo is in a great location with anything you need in walking distance. We have 2 small children and the resort is taylored with several activities for the kids. Having two young children a kiddie pool is one of our first requirements when finding a vacation rental and this kiddie pool was fantastic. When we first arrived we had a small problem so we contacted the owner (Dean) and he was very helpful and assited us until the problem was resolved. Thank you for an awesome vacation and we look forward to next year.

I recently returned from PC Beach where I stayed in the condo with 1 teen, 1 child, and 4 adults. The one bathroom called for scheduling when coming up from the beach or pool, but was really ok for one week of your life. We picked the property for the price this year and all decided it would work if we wanted to visit the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to see the beach activities and the pool across the street. This pool is not on the beach, but was very nice, always clean. There were "dive in movies" and ice cream parties our week. We enjoyed walking to Funland Arcade and grill, the homemade ice cream shop, t-shirt and gift shops, go-carts, and Sharkys for dining. The elevators are confusing the first day, but we started taking the stairs from 3rd/walkway to the 2nd floor and then quickly arrived at the correct elevator in front of the condo.

We do not eat out while on vacation. The kitchen in the condo is great and well equipped. Even with 6 people staying in the condo, we did not feel crowded.

My family and I really enjoyed this unit. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and had all the necessities we needed. The owners were friendly and prompt with responding to our emails. The Resort was wonderful and had everything....... 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, skybar and even a Starbucks onsite. Excellent value!

Our family stayed here for the whole week and we loved it! It was a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We plan on staying agian when we come back to Panama City!! The owner was also as accomodating at whatever we needed.

Our condo was very clean and had everything as if we were at home. It was very relaxing and quiet. Great location. A short walk to beach. Pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and hot tub was across the street from us. The beach was so clean and not so crowded. Very family oriented. Condo was a short drive from all the hot spots to eat at yet we werent in all the congested driving mess. When we go back to PCB we will definately stay at the same condo. Very nice and friendly owner. I highly recommend to everyone. For the price you couldnt get anything nicer.

Overall my experience was pretty good. But the check in was awful, it should never take 3 hours to get into a room. Also I personally drove 14 hours and when we arrived at the gate we were turned away. i was not looking to check in early just park the car and stretch my legs. The room was clean and tidy but we ran out of the two rolls of tolit paper within days and had to buy more from the local convienence store. overall had a great time. but probably will never return to the summit.

We were well pleased with our vacation overall. The condo was very nicely furnished, however, the cleaning service seemed to be lacking. The condo floors, bathrooms, and bed linens did not appear to be as clean as I would have liked. Other than the cleanliness of the unit, we were very happy with our vacation. Thank you for such great rates during the peak summer season!!

All one could ever need in a home away from home! Awesome view of the gulf, comfortable furniture, clean WHITE bedding and towels, all the kitchen utensils one would ever want for a home cooked meal, all appliances in great working condition, in-house STARBUCKS, three pools, thirty minute walk to Pier Park, friendly staff and a Sky Bar to watch the world go by. Mr. Wang was wonderful to work with, we will be booking future visits to Panama City Beach with him again.

The time my family and I spent in PCB was wonderful, as was the condo. We were 100% relaxed and enjoyed every minute we were there. The condo is very well kept... we felt very at home during our stay. From the WiFi to stainless steel appliances. Our children loved the zero entry childrens pool, but not as much as they loved the clean white beaches and emerald waters. We had an unbelievable vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was perfect. So clean and organized. My son enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. This was a wonderful vacation and such a great value. The resort was VERY nice with 4 pools, one by the beach two by the parking deck (one of which was a kiddie pool that my daugther enjoyed)and one on top of the parking deck. The room was VERY nice and we felt like we got a steal. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. We have told all of our friends.
