This is a perfectly maintained luxury condominium "5 star" unit. Used strictly as an owner vacation getaway until last year! Beautifully and professionally decorated and furnished with modern stainless steel appliances and upscale furniture. Beautiful paintings and accessories with a paradise feel that will make it difficult to leave!

Our unit has a beautifully furnished bedroom with a king-size bed, with 27" flat screen TV, cable, DVD/VHS player, phone and its own private bathroom. In the hallway are the bunk beds with their own full bath. The living room area is furnished with a 42" Sony flat screen TV, cable, DVD/VHS player, phone and queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and the kitchen have a spectacular view of the emerald green ocean and snow white sandy beaches.

This unit has a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave,under the cabinet AM/FM CD player, complete cookware, dinnerware sets and utensils... leave your bags at home!

Bringing the kids? We have a full stock of beach and pool toys to keep them happy for days! No need to bring anything to this little piece of paradise. It has it all!

We are snowbird friendly and offer great winter discount packages, which makes this the perfect home away from home to pass the cold months of winter away!

We try to provide all the things needed to make the time you spend with us pleasant and comfortable. But the most unforgettable memory will be being on the 9th floor (W907) with the best views of the sunsets and incredible sunrises!

Although you may not want to leave your temporary beach home, be sure to check out the Calypso Resort and Towers amenities with its fully stocked new oceanfront Tiki Hut and two tropically landscaped heated swimming pools. You will also be in a short walking distance from a fishing pier (currently being rebuilt).

The Calypso Resort and Towers is located adjacent to Pier Park, Simon Property Group 's extensive tropical-feel life-style center which is currently under construction. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach. When finished it will boast approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venue such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals and Southern Theater 's Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included amongst boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large retailers such as Dillard 's, JC Penney, Borders Books and Music, Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and an upscale grocery. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet 's Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J 's Island Grill, Destin 's Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, and Ruby Tuesdays as well as two Starbucks. A number of these structures are already open for business and others will be opening in the coming months. Don't forget the open air amphitheater at Pier Park featuring free public concerts.
