Seated on the sofa of this unit you can enjoy the sugar-white beaches and blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This great view can also be enjoyed from the master bedroom which has a King size bed and tv. A second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a third bedroom with a Double bed and the sofa in the living room is a Queen sleeper. This unit is on the 13th floor and has app. 1350 Sq. Ft., included is ceramic tile, berber carpet, dvd, ceiling fans and washer/dryer. This condo is more than a rental unit, it is our family's Beach Home and we enjoy it as much as possible. It is nice!
