Required Stay: Weekly or email for shorter stay info
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: $250 security deposit is fully refundable based on the following. No items being damaged or missing upon departure. All trash or discarded items should be placed in trash receptacles in or outside the property. The property is to be found in good order, no excessive cleaning to be required. We do not rent to singles under 25 years of age.
Other Fees: $85 Cleaning Fee 11% Tax

We had a wonderful time at the Southwell's Condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The king size bed in the master bedroom was great to crawl into every night too! Overall the vacation was great and I would recommend this condo to anyone!
