Just got back from PCB last night... since the weather didn't cooperate on my trip, i'm so glad I had a comfy, cozy condo to relax in! This condo has ALL the comforts of home. From the beds to the kitchen loaded with all the cooking essentials you'll ever need! I highly recommend this condo! Thank you Tammy for letting us check out later in the day so we didn't have to sit in the airport for several hours! You have been so great to work with!

There was four retired ladies that came for 4 days and stayed at Emerald Isle. This is a very quiet and comfortable unit in this condo. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much,we decided to return to the same place. We will return again soon.

The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfy. We were enjoying ourselves so much we wanted to extend our time a couple of more nights and Tammy was very accommodating. This condo is in a great location. It is not compacted in with other condos packed all around and it was a short distance from the Pier shopping area which features tons of shopping and restaurants. However, directly across the street from the condo is Mike’s café and oyster bar which has really great food. We would love to stay there again next year and we most certainly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Really nice condo! Decorated tastefully .Our favorite part was the huge balcony with an unbelievable view of the beach. The owner Tammy was professional and courteous. We would love to rent this unit again next year.

We went down for Thunder beach Fall rally. The condo was great. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the balcony was awesome (had the end of a rainbow into the water the first morning) and the oyster bar across the street had great food at a reasonable price . I will defiantly try to rent this one agian.

The owner did a great job of being in touch with any questions, including directions, we had. Their condo was perfect, great views! The staff was incredible, special thanks to Cathy who walked us through any questions we had once we arrived, she is kind and helpful..just who you want when you are trying to relax and unwind. We had a wonderful time at the Southwell's Condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The king size bed in the master bedroom was great to crawl into every night too! Overall the vacation was great and I would recommend this condo to anyone!
