Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Gulf front condo on the fifth floor, with a beautiful view of the beach. The unit was recently renovated. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the LR and BR, tiled floors in all rooms except the BR, and much more. The kitchen is fully equipped towels and linens are provided, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy the beach!

Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with
restaurants such as Pinnapple Willies and Pomanos nearby. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.

Area Description

The Entertainment District: A majority of Entertainment has condensed around a central area near the Easternmost end of Front Beach Road. The Entertainment District hold the highest concentration of family attractions, entertainment and dining choices. Within a compact 5 mile radius lies 126 holes of mini golf (including 18 indoor Blacklight holes), Batting Cages, Skee Ball, Bungee Jumps and Arch Swings, 45 holes of Championship Golf, a dozen Go-cart race tracks (including 3 multi-level tracks), 3 arcades, A 36,000 sq ft Bowling alley with complete pool hall and Roller Skating Rink, 11 Movie Screens (including a 1 screen outdoor theater), a Human Sized Grand Maze, a Haunted House, a Zoo, 2 Super Clubs, over a dozen restaurants ranging from Casual Fine Dining to Fast Food, and the World Famous Ripley's Believe It or Not 'Odditorium'.

Required Stay: 3 night minimum-NO RENTERS UNDER AGE 25
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: $100.00 deposit due immediately after booking to confirm reservation. This deposit will become a damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded after departure if there is no damage to condo during your stay. The rental amount is due 14 days before arrival date then the keys will be mailed.
Other Fees: $15.00 parking pass and $60.00 end of stay cleaning fee

Best Deal and a Wonderful Stay, August 15, 2009

This is the best deal I got with a wonderful and romantic stay on behalf of my honeymoon. My wife was thrilled and overwhelmed with the Ocean front Condo. This is our first experience on a ocean front though. Spectacular view of Ocean front from the entire living room and gorgeous Balcony. On the top of all the roar of the ocean is a trembling experience from a 5th floor balcony. Ocean is just 15 steps from the condo. and one can really enjoy the time even sitting in balcony as you can get clear view of all the Jet Ski, Para sailing, banana riding activities on the beach very clearly. However, Barbara thought of this well ahead and kept a full zoom Binoculars for the Guests. This a newly renovated condo as the owner said The Bedroom and bath room are very spacious. u've all the dinner and cookware in the condo itself. nice pool view from the balcony.safe place to walk in the nights. we would love to visit again. Owner is very generous and more sensible to work with.

My husband and I and our 2 teenaged daughters had a fabulous time! The condo was bright and clean - the pictures don't do it justice! We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning watching activities getting going on the beach. The owner was wonderful and went out of her way to find us a place to stay for an extra night when her condo was already booked. Thanks for a great vacation!

This unit was so nice and wonderfully located to everything. The owner of the unit was WONDERFUL and gave us amazing ideas on things to do during our stay at PCB. Friday night at the sunbird was GREAT! A HUGE movie screen situated on the beach added a nice touch to our vacation. Our 18 month old absolutely loved it! Let me add as well for those of you with children...this unit is wonderfully childproofed. We will without a doubt be staying again. Thanks Barbara!!!
