Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
This luxurious 2 bedrm/2 bath condo overlooks the emerald Gulf of Mexico waters. This professionally-decorated unit has a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom and a bunk bed with a full (double) bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top in the second bedroom. The living room has a pull-out, double sofa. With these sleeping arrangements two-three couples are easily accommodated and seven people overall.
The living room/dining area is nicely decorated. The unit has three cable-ready, Flat Screen TVs with 2 DVD players. The full kitchen is stocked with a long list of appliances and cooking utensils. The unit has a dishwaher, washer, and dryer. We have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The resort offers 24-hour check-in, valet parking, concierge and full bell service as well as air-conditioned walkovers from the covered parking garage/health club/theater. You can relax in the three different large lagoon outdoor pools or the indoor heated pool, three hot tubs and a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam and sauna. Wonderfully Unexpected!

When I got to the Condo everything was already laid out. The parking passes and person passes were laid out. The pictures of the inside just don't do justice on how beautiful this place really is. The living area is huge and the kitchen really makes you want to cook. The overall Environment and Feng Shui of the condo is perfect for kickbacks and relaxation. A++

Condo was great Southern Realty not so much

We really enjoyed the condo was recently stayed at. The view was wonderful, the condo was beautiful and spacious. However, Southern Realty is a joke. We called numerous times throughout our stay to let them know that our access card did not work. They never once called us back or tried to fix the problem. Each night we had to try to get back before the doors locked or beg someone to let us in after 5:00 pm because there was no way to use our non-access card. This was aggrivating when you are trying to relax on vacation. On the day we departed we followed the proper check out procedures per Southern Realty, however Southern Realty NEVER followed any procedures for us during our stay. Southern Realty wanted us to call them when we departed which is a little hard when they NEVER answer their phone and the check out number they left for us NEVER WORKED. This is a joke of a realty company, I am not happy with their lack of professionalism, which is a shame because the condo and view were wonderful.

Clint was a wonderful host and big help of driving directions from Ohio. Wonderful condo,very roomy, everyone in right, the picture does not do justice of the size. I love the open kitchen, you can cook and still be part of the fun. Can't go wrong with this condo---the views are gorgeous! I just wish the pool was warmer---very cold---but it was March/April. Highly recommend.

Very nice condo for the price, but our room was not ready until 5:00. I walked in our room at 3:45 and it was not cleaned yet and the person I contacted was very rude. Also slow response to getting the TV to work 2 calls and 24 hrs. One day the water was not working for part of the day. Take away these 3 incidents this would have gotten a 5 star rating.

My husband and I stayed at Majestic Beach Towers for the first time to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary. I was a wonderful experience! The view was amazing, we loved our room, and the hotel grounds were always very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Great Condo. Beautiful view. Loved the peacefulness and spaciousness of the setting. Would have liked to see some "What to do around town" info in the room. The reservation service was responsive when we needed assistance for the most part - but - it took us four calls to your office and two days to get our parking pass as it was not left in the room. So, we had to deal with threats of being towed. That was a little annoying as it was costly ($145) for the service fee for the rental agency and the cleaning which should translate into excellence in service. The condo was incredibly clean and comfy. Thanks for the great time and the terrific price.

recently stayed at this property over the christmas holiday. nice property overall but some issues, i.e. the heater was out of the indoor pool in our building the whole week which was 100% of the reason this property was chosen over others.Sometimes the hot-tub was tepid, other times hot. the "sister building" next door indoor pool was working and is what we used, but was not convernient to walk wet and cold outside(no indoor connect)afterwards with small children. No blanket for hide a bed, had to get one of our own. Water heater in unit was good for 1 shower-hot- next one-warm- next one, forget about it. this is a unit that rents for 6 people which is what we had. we had to start showering everyone hours before we went to dinner. There was dust on every surface that you could write in-(I left a message for the next renter behind the t.v. in the living room!). Building and location nice, needs better maintenance and upkeep. On a good note, washing machine malfunctioned and rental company called and repair man was there in 15 minutes and had it fixed in 10 and was very nice. I am not new to the area, we have vacationed in pcb for 15 years, but never in the winter before, and have stayed at a variety of properties(we have one we love but it does not have an indoor pool)so it is not carping about the showers(we have not had this problem before)the dust (what else isn't cleaned?)and an advertised amenity not working the whole time.(pool heater)

The pictures do not do this condo justice! The condo was much bigger than the pictures appeared. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Also, the property was just beautiful and the location was great! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Panama City FL.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. I was glad to be on the 21st floor because the noise from the "spring breakers" was extreme on Friday and Saturday night. The H20 Bar was not ever open during our week stay. The beach area was great.

Resort has excellent security, ample of parking spaces, it is right on the beach so just step out and you are on white sand, swimming pools everywhere, awesome movie theather, free DVD rental with recently released movies, didn't use the exercise/health fitness room (why do that when you can run on the beautiful beach), Starbucks coffee store onsite, a few blocks from Walmart supercenter (groceries, beer, medicine, sun tan lotion, beach toys, fishing license and gears), night clubs within walking distance, and Rippley believe it or not, and more! Condo is excellent shape (clean, fresh) with great decor. Plenty of space for the family of 5 to stretch out and enjoy. Very comfortable beds, cable TV in every room, fully equipped kitchen, nice size & clean bathrooms, balcony has spectacular view of beach and sunset, and washer/dryer too!

The Condo was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Great location! Being right by the elevator was a plus! We really enjoyed the convenience of the H20 bar and grill. I would choose this condo on my next visit!
