This unit has 2 master suites with King beds, a bunk nook with set of twin beds, queen sofa sleeper in the family room to sleep 8 comfortably. Three full bathrooms, too! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the the condo for you. The views from the balcony can't be beat!
I have several units at Tidewater that I own and manage, including one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. All are professionally decorated and impeccably maintained. Imagine relaxing by one of the two 4,200 square foot lagoon pools, each with a hot tub and poolside Tiki bar or enjoy the indoor heated pool or one of the two Roman spa pools. We stayed here from May 22 Thru May 29. We loved it. This condo is clean, decorative but not to decorative which is great if you have small children. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The pillows were a little flat so you might want to bring your own pillows. The pools were a bit to cold but no big deal we came for the beach anyways. Pia and Christan were wonderful people and fast and delivering the information we needed and gave a great deal on their condo. Thanks a bunch we will be returning guest in the future. Love the view from the balcony, we saw every morning a group of stingrays everywhere but they do leave around lunch time and are more afraid of you. If you stay here you will love it. The restaurant in side the condo was excellent. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Overall I was happy with the condo 1413....it was clean, location was awesome, people were very helpful and friendly. I do want to express that the inconvenience of our bedding situation the first two nights was not pleasant, first, not having the bedding to accommodate our family of eight, then second, having to wash the delivery of the bedding because it smelled/reeked so badly of smoke was not what I wanted to do on my vacation. And then the lock situation, the code stopped working due to a "supposed" bad battery that couldn't be fixed for the remainder of our stay which was still three days, and the lock box code that I was given was not correct and we had to wait for your person to show up to change i, he was over an hour late from the time that I was given (another inconvenience). Lastly, the last day, the light fixture in the kitchen crashed to the floor. I loved the condo, I loved the location... I'm not so certain that I would use PanHandle Getaways again for the lack of service for the issues that we had, I was very disappointed concerning the stated issues.
