This is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, two bath luxury condo located directly on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sandy beaches.
You will have all the comforts of home with a full kitchen complete with all the amenities you will need. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience!
The bedroom features a comfy king size bed, TV and DVD player, and a private bath. There is a bunk area in the hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the family/living room.
The family room features a 32" Flat screen TV, DVD player, plush furnishings and access to the balcony with beautiful views of the Gulf - catch the dolphins or maybe spot some stingrays. Amazing sunsets, too!
There is a huge variety of amenities at Tidewater Beach Resort including 2 large outdoor lagoon pools, an impressive indoor pool, a 4300 square foot fitness facility overlooking the Gulf, spa, sauna, and steam room.
There is also a movie/media center, business center and daily activities (seasonal) for the kids and the whole family.
Tidewater Beach Resort's location is prime, located very close to Highway 79 and the new Pier Park. Pier Park is a 1.1 million square foot open air shopping and dining complex with unique stores, dining, and tourist attractions.
Enjoy Ron Jons Surf Shop, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, or any number of other shops and restaurants.
Tidewater Beach Resort is also close to the international airport scheduled to open in 2009.
Panama City Beach was rated #1 in 1995 and #4 beach in America this year by the Travel Channel with over 27 miles of white sugary sand beaches and emerald green waters.
Sports and recreation activities include swimming, diving, pleasure boating and sailing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, snorkeling, and jet skiing. St. Andrews State Park is a popular location for swimming, boating, camping, hiking and fishing.
