THIS IS A 2 OR 3 BD. UNIT. THE THIRD BEDROOM CAN BE LOCKED OUT.

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. It can be used as a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom, because one of the bedroom locks out from the rest of the unit. All bedrooms face the ocean and has a balcony.

Bed arrangements- Master - King
2nd Bedroom - Full and twin bunk
3rd Master - Queen murphy Bed (make a large room when folded up to wall)
Sofa Sleeper - Queen

THIS IS A NON SMOKING AND NO PET UNIT.

PLEASE DEDUCT $100. PER WEEK FOR THE THIRD BD. DURING THE SUMMER IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE IT.

This is a 5 star condominium and you will be amazed at all the amenities.

The health club, beach bar, outdoor pool and sunning lawn areA popular with adults of all ages, as well as with parents who want to work out or simply watch all the fun.

Waterslides, games rooms, dive-in movies by the pool, water cannons, snorkels, inner tubes, day camps and more fun in one place than any kid could ever hope for. The looks on their faces say it all, Mickey Who?

It is all here at Splash! You will be able to park the car, slip on your sandals, and live happily on the beach, with everything you need in a condominium to make your vacation perfect.

This is truly your one stop that you will have to make, throw away the keys to your car for the entire week of stay, for you do not need to go anywhere. Get your grocery needs across the street or stop in and have a snack. Your kids will make you return the following year. Remember, when the kids are happy, so is mom, if mom is happy so is Dad.

I am a licensed Florida travel agent and can book you with your dream vacation if mine is not available. So be sure and list your bedroom needs and your budget. Let me also know by saying "YES",I can use your help. Let me know if you will accept other resorts as well.

PROCEDURES FOR RESERVATION. I take a credit card for $500, then send me the check for the balance 30 days before arrival.

REFUNDS: There is a 1 day charge for cancelling after your initial deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior, there is no refund. If there is a Act of God that limits your ability to come, we exchange for a date in the future.
