You are looking at a 2800sq ft. luxury condo located on the scenic 5th floor at 6415 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. This is a prestigous location on the south side of Panama City Beach near the State Park & Famous Capt. Anderson's Resturant.
4 Large spacious bedrooms,One Master Suite with Master bath, Two more bedrooms with king beds and full baths, and 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. The master bathroom has hot tub & seperate dressing area.
The great room also has sleeper sofa for additional guests. Open dining area to greatroom allows for everyone to enjoy. The gourmet kitchen is fully equiped including Granite counter tops, flat surface stove, built-in wall oven/microwave, wet bar with separate icemaker.
Laundry room with side by side full capacity washer/dryer & utility sink.
Sliding glass doors open to the 600sq ft. balcony with patio set and chaise lounges. From the Greatroom, master suite, and 2br you will also enjoy beautiful ocean front views.
3 seperate elavators give fast access to the beach from the 5th floor.
3 pools, 2 heated, family sized hot tub, exercise room, shuffle board, and tennis court available.
What I have tried to describe is simply a very spacious condo, packed with ammenities. This condo is perfect for families of all sizes.
Located on South Thomas Dr. it is an upscaled area, and not congested. Plenty of room on the beach but close to shops resturants and grocery stores. The sugar white beach with emerald water speaks for itself. Appox. 2miles to water park and the new shopping Pier Park Mall.
