Not to mention the beautiful sunrise, early morning dolphins, blue skies, and beautiful white sand.

Our unit is located on the 7th floor. We are overlooking the beach, as well as one of the beautiful pools on the property. The View from this Floor is spectacular. Our unit is beautifully decorated and includes all high quality brand new furniture. If you are looking for extraordinary quality at a great price, this condo is for you. The unit has a King bed in the bedroom for your comfort and Queen size very comfortable Leather Sofa bed in the living room and also bunk beds in the bunk area to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Area Description

The Pier Park the upscale shopping, dining and entertainment mega complex is just walking distance away. There is nothing like this on the panhandle anywhere with a lot retail stores and fine restaurants. Do not forget to visit Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.

There are plenty of opportunities for beach activities such as scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, sandcastle building and shell searching. For those who need more excitement there is a water park, golf courses, tennis courts, and bike trails. Do not forget about speedboat cruise, dolphin tours and unforgettable pirate cruises.

This unit has everything you will need to enjoy at the beach. Located on the 7th floor you have an equally proportioned view of the sky, emerald water and the beach below! Excellent location, end unit overlooking the pool. This is a very comfortable unit with all necessities. I can't wait to share my wonderful experience with my friends and family. The Condo Is GREAT!! We had a wonderful time in the condo, which we were in most of the time due to bad weather. Tidewater has great perks 3 pools, a great gym and is close to Pier Park which offers many different restaurants, also near Dusty's which is a local's restaurant with great food and drink specials. I would also recommend Angelo's steak Pit which is located in the older part of PCB. ( Great Steak). The view is wonderful from the balcony and semi-private, very comfortable furniture and also chairs you can take to the beach. The condo was great for me and wife, but would be comfortable for at least 4-6 people. Vera the owner was wonderful to deal with and we had no problems or issues... You can trust this owner.....And believe me there are some bad ones out there. We will be staying here from now on every year and have recommended the unit to all of our friends.... Thanks Again!!!!!!

This was the most enjoyable vacation we've had in years. The condo is lovely-nicely decorated and comfortable-my husband loved the recliner!.The owners' thoughtful touches with movies, books and games made us feel at home. Everything you need is there and we enjoyed the privacy of our balcony-the view is spectacular.Great location-enjoyed Pier Park and be sure to eat at Calypso's.This was our favorite place to eat. We were very comfortable dealing with Vera-she's been great and we will stay here again and will be happy to refer our friends and family. Thanks again Vera!!!!!

We spent a week in the condo, and had a wonderful time! Vera was more than accomodating! We couldn't have asked for another thing! It was beautiful, the view was magnificent! It was also an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go on the grounds! Very comfortable living space, with great items! (very helpful in the kitchen")
I also greatly appreciated the DVD's, books, beach chairs, and toys! I think it just speaks for the wonderful experience we shared, and the smooth process! Beautiful, and we will definitely be coming back! I would stay no where else! Also if you're going to stay, You must check out Spinnakers!! My favorite restaurant on the Gulf!!
