Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
This condo is located directly behind the Island Club townhouses on St Katherine Blvd. This unit has a large back yard for the kids to play in. In that big back yard is one of the heated pools (about 50 yards to splashdown). Enjoy the private patio area with a table/umbrella/chairs for lounging and a BBQ grill for cooking. St Katherine is known for its quiet charm and close proximity to the beach.
This unit is decorated in a modern beach style. There is a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and comfy recliner to watch/listen to the TV/DVD. We have also movies for those quieter moments. If you are more energetic and up to a challenge, look in the closet and find golf balls, putters, and tennis rackets. The dining area accommodates 4 with additional dining at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and conveniences (coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware). There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Phones are provided for local use only.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed and a Large TV. The master bath has lots of room, an extra linen closet for your convenience. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own private bath and TV. With the queen sleeper/sofa and twin sleeper/ love seat downstairs, this unit can accommodate up to 8 people.
A full laundry is located at the top of the stairs and can be used by our guests. We have extra sets of sheets and plenty of bath towels...we only ask that you not take them to the beach or pool. So, be sure to pack a few beach towels for use during your stay.
Area Description
The Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. We are located between Hutchison Blvd (Middle Beach Road) and Front Beach Road, just east of Beckrich Drive. We have a pedestrian entrance directly in front of the private beach clubhouse on Front Beach Road, with the primary vehicular entrance off Middle Beach Road.
Take a look at some of the pictures of Gulf Highlands and we believe that you will agree that it is a great place to stay. You can easily walk to The Shops at Edgewater, Super Wal-Mart, the post office, restaurants, and activities including the beach, bowling alley, cinema, and amusement parks.
The Gulf Highland's Owner's Association developed rules and regulations not only to ensure your safety, but to make your stay more enjoyable, and to maintain the complex for years of sunny vacations. A complete copy is provided in each of our units for reference. Please take a moment upon arrival to review.
Come and enjoy our 11 swimming pools, miniture golf, shuffleboard and tennis courts-all located on site. Our main club house and pool are oceanside.
