Great view and condo

Our family stayed during spring break. The view was great, and the condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen had all of the ammenities of home, and the kids loved using the boogie boards in the "goodie" closet! When we arrived, the a/c was not working properly, and the management company was prompt in having it cooled down!! The property is very secure, and the beach side pool was excellent.

We have had a very stressful 10 months prior to vacationing and needed a place to relax and enjoy the beach, both from our room and on the beach. That's exactly what we got. The room was perfect with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the beach was fantanstic with parasailing, jet-skying right there. The facility and parking were great. Can't think of anything that would have made it better, except staying longer! Thanks for a great place to stay! Price was good as well.

The location to the beach and view from our room was amazing. The condo was perfect for our needs and had just about everything you need. Brian was very nice and gave us great info on the area. Definitely will be back if we go back to Panama City.

On our third day we finally got the hang of the crazy elevators at Emerald Beach, but despite that, the condo was great. The bunk beds in the hallway worked out great with our two little boys, the decor was pretty and we loved the beach and the kid's pool. The location was good...traffic is always a bit heavy during the summer, but we could easily get down to Pier Park to shop and to the Grand Lagoon for dinner and the pirate cruise. It's a huge hotel...we would ideally prefer someplace a bit smaller, but overall our stay was enjoyable. The elevators (and getting to your car) just takes some getting used to!

Sparkling clean, modern, attention to every detail...you will fall in love with this location and this condo--far enough away from the spring break crowds and traffic and very close to the shops and restaurants of Pier Park, the view and the absolute comfort of this condo are unsurpassed. Resort staff (Jason) went above and beyond when we had a vehicle problem and the condo owners have all their information instantly accessible to renters. Sky Bar very relaxing, Starbucks on site very convenient, modern fitness center a pleasant surprise. You will enjoy strolling the sugar sand beach and swimming in the crystal clear aqua blue water--get up early enough and you will see a pod of dolphins and be able to watch the flocks of pelicans in flight. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the occasional F18's flying parallel to beach right from the private comfortable balcony. Plus--how could you not like such a small, easy to navigate airport (ECP) that is only a 25 minute drive to the condo. Everything about this condo and this location is absolute relaxation. We will definitely be back.

just got home from panama city and i hated to leave because i felt comfortable and at home at this place. room had everything and the view Damn!! very very nice for those of us who cant afford the finer things in life but are blessed to have what we do. most places u want to leave and go sight seeing and things but emerald beach resort is so nice i didnt mind staying in.....well sometimes. lol!

Stayed at the Emerald Beach Resort which is also with the Wyndham. The condo was perfect for us. 2 bdrm, 2 bunks, full kit. Have 1 6 and 8 yr old who thought the bunks were just too cool! The full kit was worth gold. We were on the 19th floor with balcony over ocean! Beautiful view, great accommadations, easy access, great location! Will be back in Spring. Second time I've stayed here and not near as crowded in Oct. The water was prestine clear and blue! a few jellyfish to deal with, a little cool, but it was stil fun! The tiki hut at the pool with bar was also nice. Just a good vacation for old and young! If you arrive after 4:30pm, you do have to check in at the main office down the street. I didn't call so i didn't know this, a delay of about 30 min upon arrival, but we adjusted. Also, covered parking.

Prior to renting this unit I had read a review where the renter complained about having to park their car across the road and walk on a skywalk to their building. Did they expect to take their car with them to the 20th floor? We had no problem with the parking and were very pleased with the unit. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might want. I could have made a pie or muffins if I had wanted to. I loved being able to go to the basement and walk out onto the beach.

The condo was just beautiful. We had a great time and it was really hard to leave. Liked the location of the unit, close to elevator and trash chute which were really convenient. The teenagers liked the convenience of the go-cart track and all the on-site activities, volleyball, movie night, karaoke, etc. Beach was well kept and the view was amazing. Thanks for a great vacation!
