Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
This condo is bright and spacious with a great view of the beach and gulf from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has an oversized master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. The 2nd king room has private balcony and bathroom as well. The third room has twin bunk beds and a twin sleeper loveseat. The condo has a fold out queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player in family room and each bedroom, Stereo, full washer/dryer in the condoThis unit is on an elevated first floor with amazing views of the beach. This condo is an extra large unit is an upgraded three bedroom, three bath and has a balcony that connects to both the family room as well as the master bedroom.
Our condo at Grandview East is directly on the beach and includes free beach services with a pair of padded lounge chairs and umbrella, free high speed wireless internet, fitness center and two pools. We have keyless entry, so there are no keys to keep up with while you are on the beach or at the pool! BBQ grills and beach volleyball next to the condo.
Located on Front Beach Rd, 1/4 mile from Thomas Dr.

Shops and restaurants are only minutes away from Grandview East.
Ripleys Museum is just two blocks away. New huge shopping center just
opened. Gulf World Marine Park, mini golf, and small water park just
minutes from the condo. The airport is a 15 minute drive and there
are many watersport activities offered just out on the beach.
Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Circus by the Sea, golf, winery. Many golf course within 5 miles from the condo.

Phillip and Sara Williamson , Florence, Alabama Stayed in the owner's 3/3 bath unit #101 Feb. 15-18th, 2008, and it was wonderful and far beyond our expectations. The unit was large, very nice decor, and didn't expect the two masters! Will recommend to others and hope to stay again soon. The owners worked with us and allowed us to book one day before we arrived. Very pleased with the owner, and condo management who permitted us to view the owner's 4BR penhouse. The Penhouse is a unit we will purpose to rent in the future, very beautiful. We had a great weekend, and loved the price. Wished we could have stayed longer. Sincerely, Phillip and Sara Williamson

Dawn , Madisonville, LA WOW!!! What an awesome condo intended for a big family gathering. The pictures do not do this place justice. Lots of space. It was great being in one condo with our family creating memories. The views from the balcony are incredible. Thank you for such a wonderful family vacation.

James Walton , Birmingham, Alabama Have stayed two weeks (summer 2007 and summer 2008). Two families share it and split the cost. It's an excellent value. We love the view from the balcony, amenities and location.. We plan to stay again in summer 2009 once we do our vacation plans!!!

My wife and two children (12 & 15) enjoyed our week so much that we will be registering for a week next summer for the dates we would like. The Condo has a full bath for each bedroom (whirpool bath) for the Master Bath. This condo was more spacious than our 1200 sf home @ 1400+. There are excellent eating establishments (SEAFOOD!) and a volleyball area on the beach within yards from the condo. Lounging beach chairs with umbrellas for me & my wife was setup by the rental staff (Compliments of the owners). Tranquil View and a modern home made it a hit with my family. Can't wait until next year!

it has everythihng you need for your vacation fully equiped kitchen, a lot of space huge bedrooms tv in each room
great view on the beach first floor great for family with kids
i had a great time and i am sure if you choose this property you will make a great choice
