We will definitely be back next year! My kids ranging in age from 3 to 14 all had plenty of room and an amazing time!! We love Grandview and PCB. We will be recommending to all of our friends and family. Excellent trip all around!!!

Beautiful Beaches and great location

Really enjoy the size of our condo. Very roomy and lots of room for a beach stuff. The location was close to everything. At first I thought parking would be a problem, but it really wasn't that big of a problem. You just had to park across the street which was only a few yards away. And all of the condos located on the beach had the same issues. I really liked having a keypad entry to the condo. It was nice not having to keep up with a key.

Loved it. Can't say enough great things about it. Super decor; super spacious; loved being on the lowest floor (but still above ground level), as you could walk down a flight of stairs instead of wait for the elevator. The view of the beach each morning was spectacular! Also loved that one end of the condo has a balcony over the beach while the other end offered a balcony over the street scene. I loved this place so much I never wanted to leave! If I could afford it and if it was available, I'd buy it and live there forever! I just hope this great review won't keep it rented when I want it again in the future. Thanks for the fantastic vacation. I'll never forget it.

Beautiful Place and Enjoyable Stay

The condo and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Nice touches with small amenities such as high end soaps, providing "first load" laundry and diswash soap. Very thoughtful! The only suggestion is that site management should arrange to have the same door/gate codes for all public areas. It was an inconvenience to have to remember a different code to get into the pool area, get into the elevator area, etc.

We got back from the beach last night around 6:00 pm so Im just now having a chance to shoot you an email. The condo was absolutely gorgeous!! The weather was perfect and we had an amazing time. We took five girls with us (lord help us) ages 3-14 and had plenty of room which kept my husband sane! The condo was so clean, everything worked great and we would love to go back next year at the same time. My husband wants me to find out what kind of mattress was in the master because he wants to purchase one;)
It was so nice for the restaurants not to be too crowded, especially with little ones. And, the beaches were beautiful, not even one ounce of seaweed. Just beautiful....

Phillip and Sara Williamson , Florence, Alabama Stayed Feb. 15-18th, 2008, and it was wonderful and far beyond our expectations. Will recommend to others and hope to stay again soon. The owners worked with us and allowed us to book one day before we arrived. Very pleased with the owner, and condo management who permitted us to view the owner's 4BR penhouse. Dawn , Madisonville, LA WOW!!! What an awesome condo intended for a big family gathering. The pictures do not do this place justice. Lots of space. It was great being in one condo with our family creating memories. The views from the balcony are incredible. Thank you for such a wonderful family vacation.

James Walton , Birmingham, Alabama Have stayed two weeks (summer 2007 and summer 2008). Two families share it and split the cost. It's an excellent value. We love the view from the balcony, amenities and location.. We plan to stay again in summer 2009 once we do our vacation plans!!!

My wife and two children (12 & 15) enjoyed our week so much that we will be registering for a week next summer for the dates we would like. The Condo has a full bath for each bedroom (whirpool bath) for the Master Bath. This condo was more spacious than our 1200 sf home @ 1400+. There are excellent eating establishments (SEAFOOD!) and a volleyball area on the beach within yards from the condo. Lounging beach chairs with umbrellas for me & my wife was setup by the rental staff (Compliments of the owners). Tranquil View and a modern home made it a hit with my family. Can't wait until next year!
Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Great Property,
it has everythihng you need for your vacation fully equiped kitchen, a lot of space huge bedrooms tv in each room
great view on the beach first floor great for family with kids
i had a great time and i am sure if you choose this property you will make a great choice
