The 1 Studio with 440 sq.ft, has a King size Bed, siting chair, jetted tub and shower in bathroom, dining set for 2 as well as a lovely dining set out on the balcony to enjoy an evening dinner watching the gorgeous sunset. A small kitchen full with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, blender, stove, and dishwasher. Relax with a movie on our 32" TV with DVD player.

Need more space? Our 2 Bedroom side, with tile throughout the foyer, hall, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
The Master Suite has a King Size bed, TV, carpet in bedroom, private bathroom with jetted bathtub and shower.
The Guest suite has a Queen size bed with a TV as well, carpet throughout, and a private bathroom with combination tub/shower.

We also have a 3 Bedroom which is the Studio + 2 BR.
Our five units will be great to accommodate a large group.
Pizza-al-Fresco?? Pure Blue Views... Divine!!! Balcony set, seats 4.

This unit also has a Full Kitchen with utensils and pots and pans included, ready for you to use and whip up a nice lunch or dinner, enjoy in our Dining Area with great views of the Gulf. The Living Area also sleeps an additional 2 people in the Queen sleeper sofa.

IT WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS THE FIRST REAL VACATION THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE TAKEN IN 17 YEARS. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. VERY WELL EQUIPPED, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS INCLUDED IN THE CONDO. THE VIEW WAS THE BEST. WE FOUND OURSELVES ON THE BALCONY 50% OF THE TIME WHEN INDOORS. WE COULD SEE DOLPHINS, RAYS AND A GIANT TURTLE EVERY EVENING. I WILL BE BACK ASAP

We had a wondeful vacation at the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condo was beautiful !!!! Full view of the beach from every room. Perfect location to food and recreation. Want to back every year. The most peaceful experience on earth !!!!The waves the sun and some of the most delicious food in Florida. Perfect family vacation...great rates !!!!!

Cool, comfortable, right on the beach, it seems you could jump directly to the ocean. So many activities on site , the charming town with so many things to do. It was incredibe to see from the 19th floor balcony so much going on: dolphins, parasailing,jet skys, banana boat, helicopters,F-16 flying by. Megan Duhon
