Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

This is a 2nd story walk-up unit of a beachside facility. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Our pirvate bedroom has a queen size bed with a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Two outside inground grills available for your use. A laundry room is accessible for use on the premises. This property has a pool but is closed from November 1 though March 1.

We have parking for only one vehicle per unit. For now, across the street there is a vacant lot that guests are using for additional vehicles.

Located off of Thomas Drive, east end of Panama City Beach, two miles from clubs and activities. Family oriented community area.

Deposits: There is a $100 up-front deposit. Deposit will be returned if unit is left as found. Upon confirmation, I require the $100 deposit to be sent to me immediately. The balance of the rental should be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to retain reservation. I will return deposit if cancellation is prior to the 2 weeks before arrival. No rentals to under 21 years of age. No Spring Break rentals.

First Vacation

My fiance and I went on our first vacation together, and after days of searching, we finally got to book this room to stay. We had an AMAZING time and the room was perfect for the two of us! Comfy and cozy and just over all a great place to stay! We even want to return next month!! It was a fast and easy transaction with the owner of the condo, and we had an overall amazing experience. Can't wait to go back (hopefully the beginning of August!!)!!!

The condo was small but clean and tidy. It sits on one of the best parts of the beach--not too many people. The complex is small and uncrowded and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Very quiet and relaxing.
