Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
Please note that our condo is in a gated community and requires at least one person age 25 or older occupying the condo everyday during your visit, no exceptions.
Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for vacation. We have satellite and cable TVs, free wi-fi that provides internet access, you just need to bring your laptop with you.
Relax and watch spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from our private, over-sized balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. Our condo is on the fourth floor of Building C which has a western view of the Gulf of Mexico that is perfect for watching the sun go down while relaxing on the balcony!
Dunes of Panama features 15,000 feet of private beach just steps from the condo, three large Gulf-side pools (including one heated) surrounded by spacious sundecks, two lighted tennis courts,basketball court, shuffleboard and a game room for the kids. The facility has a gated entrance with security officers on duty 24 hours and is located in a prime location with easy access to family entertainment and dining.

Breathtaking views of the Gulf!

My daughter and I rented #605 in D building and it was a beautiful 2 bdr / 2 bath condo, very clean, no wall to wall carpeting, excellent kitchen amenities, very nicely decorated, and the views of the gulf were amazing! The beach was breath taking, better than Cuba any day! excellent for early morning walks searching for shells, it was cleaned every day and it was very quiet considering it was Spring break This was our first time in Panama City and although Panama City Beach is a bit touristy they have done a nice job with the Pier Park shopping area. You do need a car to get anywhere and we rented one at Southwest Airport for a fairly cheap rate, though the traffic can be quite heavy at that time of year. We took the Captain Anderson 4 hr boat ride to see dolphins and go to Shell Island, very disappointing, would not recommend it, found more shells on our beach and only saw 2 dolphins very quickly! The Silver Sands and Destin Commons shopping areas offer outlet stores and worth the drive to Destin! Panama Dunes are excellent family orientated rental properties and they take very good care of the units, great holiday!
