Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
Our luxury condo is professionally decorated and has high quality appliances, granite counter tops, a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condo laid in the French Pattern design. No carpet. The great room and all bedrooms each contain a TV, and a DVD player. We have a 55” Big Screen LCD Vizio p HD TV in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30” wide fireplace insert. Free wireless high speed internet is included. The couch in the great room will convert into a queen size bed for extra guest. In the laundry room, we have a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, end tables, wall mirror, and full size armoire. One of the guest bedrooms has a king size bed, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom features two twin size beds, chest and end table. Both bedrooms open onto a back balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath.
In our luxury condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage with five separate covered walkovers with one on our floor, and four high speed elevators. We offer a fitness room with an ocean view, a game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security available by phone.
The tropical beach front pool area contains a 120 ft long heated pool, separate children's pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.
From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $140 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach.
We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within easy walking distance to Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club" (a Gulf front bar and seafood house with live entertainment), Montego Bay, and Scampy's restaurants. In addition, Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, and many more restaurants, marinas, and entertainment are within walking distance. Shopping is nearby at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island Dept. Store, and The Palace beach clothing and supply stores. Several world class golf courses, Pier Park Mall, many amusement parks and ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not’ and Wal-Mart are all within an easy drive.

We have a 802 sq ft personal wrap around balcony overlooking the pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico. On our balcony we have 5 full size lounge chairs, patio table with 6 chairs and 8 other patio sitting chairs.

Our vacation was July 30 through August 6, 2011. We loved the view. It even felt like we were on a ship. We all slept really good on our beds, and we loved all the space. The beach was really nice. When we looked out of the balcony, we could see dolphins... It is the first place at a beach I have stayed that you could enjoy the beach as much from the condo as outside of it. Great View!

My wife and 3 girls and mother-in-law stayed in your unit for 1 week. We found everything just as described and really enjoyed our summer trip. The unit was in near perfect condition and it is very well located to food and fun. We were there from June 19-26th, 2010. Everyone was concerned about the B.P. oil spill in the Gulf and the threat of oil on the beaches has been real. At this time we saw no signs of oil on the beautiful white sandy beaches, and the Gulf was so clear that you could see your toes in waste deep water. I pray that it stays this way. Thanks for sharing your home with us, everyone had a blast. We hope to return next year.

This condo was awesome. We enjoyed the view form the balcony especially the sunsets. the rooms were spacious ahd decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend this condo if you are vacationing in this area. There are a number of good seafood restaurants, groceries, and souvenir stores nearby as well as parking on the same level as the condo. We will definitely be renting again real soon.

May 2010 - I stayed here during a much needed get away trip. Although the weather was not as expected during a trip to the beach, I was quite grateful that the condo was AMAZING. The condo is spacious, very luxurious, and has all the amenities, including free Wi-fi. It is just what I was looking for in a condo rental. Once I arrived, I never got in my car the entire stay. Walking distance to several eateries including Schooner's. I am not usually one to comment or leave reviews, but this condo deserved to be rated as EXCELLENT!
