Hey - you're close to the beach!!

Overall you get what you pay for. Sure it's not a luxury skyrise or 5 star condo but it is reasonably priced and the closest property to the water. I can't complain too much. It was fairly clean and the staff was super nice. When I take my family to the beach I just want a nice price and I want to be close to the water! I don't want to park and walk or have to hike through hallways and up and down elevators to get to my destination. This condo does the job and most likely I'll be back! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Great expierence , the view was all that Dave said it would be ! Fourth floor was the best, great view, and best of all ....you could take the stairs instead of waiting on elevators ! I would love to stay again ! Thanks Dave !

We were extremely pleased to stay here on the 4th floor. Dave and Pam are very nice people and have a great place!! We had the best time on vacation in years, much nicer than Myrtle Beach. We would recommend staying with Dave and Pam again, and will most probably return next year as well, if they will have us!

The 4th floor is a perfect height for us. One can see and hear the waves. Both Melisa and Sherrie were very helpful and pleasant. No wifi. Basic cable. We would stay again.
