Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Our second floor condo is a Wendwood Condominium (Unit F-7) located across the street from the beach and right near Pier Park. The Wendwood complex features a swimming pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and Internet access.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a private balcony. There is a bunk bed in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo measures 720 square feet. It has a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, tile/carpet floors, washer/dryer, two TVs, DVD and VCR.

The new airport opened on May 23, 2010. It is called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and its code is ECP. Delta and Southwest Airlines fly into this airport. It is a 20 minute drive from our condo down the 79.

Area Information

Our condo is near Pier Park, the city pier, Boar's Head Restaurant, and Gulf World. There is a Winn Dixie and Antonio's Bakery close by. Other nearby restaurants are Shuckums Oyster Pub, Breakers, and Sharky's.

Our property is WENDWOOD F-7.

We cannot accept reservations for singles under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent will not be allowed to check in and will be subject to forfeiture of deposit.

Fantastic Stay ~ Very Affordable!

Fully equiped condo, tastefully decorated and convenient location. Across the street from the beach, but easy access. Condo located across the parking lot from the swimming pool, which is nicely maintained. Only drawback is no beach view whatsoever.
