Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Located gulf front on the 11th floor in the center of the building you will have the best view for everything that is happening and there is alot happening!! 2 pools, hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, movies on the beach, ice cream shop, shuffleboard, fitness center, sauna and 600 ft. of sugar white beach.

Your unit comes equipped with Bosch appliances, wine cooler, original art, white leather sofa sleeper, 2 flat screen TVs, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, built in desk with fax machine, paper shredder, printer for your computer, free WiFi, comfy bathrobes,and a bedroom with a queen size bed and cozy seating area. Upon your arrival there will be fresh cookies and a welcome basket.

We live here on beautiful P.C.B. and love to meet all of our guest and make them feel welcome.

For your Honeymoon, Anniversary, Birthday or any Special Occasion we can provide: Balloons, Streamers, Champagne, Flowers and all kinds of Cakes. (prices vary)

fantastic beach experience for small family.

This was our first time renting a condo and it was perfect. Coffee in the morning and drinks at night on the patio while the kids (ages 4 and 1) slept. Just down the stairs to the very well secured pools including 2 kiddie pools, and the beach. No outsiders were allowed in. We chose to set up a sun shade and just hope it was still there each day. We came home with it, completely in tact. The kids loved going to the beach, showering outside, then to the pool, then nap or bed for the night. It was a great routine. We took in 2 cruises that were worth the money, The Betsy Ann Riverboat and the Pirate Ship cruises. Since we were there over the 4th of July, we watched fireworks from the patio and from the pool for 3 nights in a row. It was grand!Parking was no big deal. and the condo also offered little shops on the premises including an activity center for the kids, an ice cream shop, a beach bar with generic icees, cheap hot dogs and cheap corn dogs as well as beer by the glass or case and bags of ice for 99 cents. Marylee & Curt underpromised and over delivered. The only negative was it was quite loud at night (but it WAS the 4th of July week) and there was no cookie sheet or cooling rack. I made do with the many other baking dishes available to me though. They even had little things like a carrot grater and coffee grinder. A wine fridge was a perk too. The unit's decor was upper end and very tasteful, definitely not the pastel, beachy motif that you find everywhere else on the beach. yay! Thanks again, Marylee & Curt.

Fun at PCB

Our family stayed at Mary Lee and Curt's condo the week of 6/26/11. Wonderful? We drove down from St.Louis and upon arrival we were very impressed with our home away from home. The condo was furnished with wall to wall contemporary furnishings and other creature comforts to make our stay carefree. Would recommend any length of stay at Mary Lee and Curt's.

we stayed april 28, 2011 - may 5, 2011 and we loved it so much i hated going home !!! we plan on staying here for many years to come ! the bed was so soft and everything was perfect ! the owner were so sweet and we loved the fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we got there. thanks for the great stay. brandi and donald

Superior Summit Rental PCB

We just enjoyed 8 nights at the Summit's Executive Suite and loved it. The upgrades rival most newer condos on the beach, good job Curt and Marylee (yummy cookies and gracious hosts). The fishing was superb, and new county pier is close enough to make this a great location for daily use of the pier. All the essentials were provided for our family of 3 and 4 for a couple of the days we were there. Bring your laptop and the rest is provided in case you want to keep up with your daily activities. We hope to visit with you again soon. Thanks folks!

The condo is so beautiful! We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the view from the patio. It was delightful to be right on the ocean. The master bedroom is super comfortable and roomy. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this by far is the best place I have ever stayed. The unit is so gorgeous that we had a hard time leaving to go to the beach. The owners, Mary Lee and Kurt, are so welcoming and friendly. Fresh baked cookies and smiles were totally unexpected. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

The perfect getaway!!

This was the most amazing vacation location! My husband and I enjoyed everything about the place. Between the hotubs, pools, fitness center, and being right on the beach, there is no other place we would have wanted to be. The condo was clean, comfortable, and we felt like we were living rich! When we weren't on the beach or swimming, we were able to stay in touch with the world with the free wireless connection. This place had every ammenity available. We already booked for next year!
