Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Splash Resort and Water Park - Unit 2002 E. Kids love the water park, lazy river, tad pole toddler area, grill by the East pool. Exercise room, arcade plus much more. King master, 2nd bedroom with custom queen bunk beds, queen sleeper. 2 bathrooms. Free beach service March 1- October 31 you will have use of 2 padded chaise lounges and and umbrella on the beach each day of your stay. Add $85 cleaning fee and 12.615% taxes to the rate!! Thank-you!!!

Area Information

Splash 2002E is located on the west end of Panama City Beach about one mile west of the intersection of Front Beach Road and Highway 79. This unit is on the 20th floor in the East tower with the most magnificant veiw. You can actually see all the way to Pinnacle Port to the west and all the way to the jetties at St. Andrews to the East. The elevator actually stops right at our door so it is very convenient and you do not have to walk down the walkway to your condo. The kids will not want to leave Splash with the little squirts play area, the play area with the bucket dumping water and slides, the lazy river, the two pools (one is seasonally heated) and the hot tub. There is also an arcade on the Lobby level. There is a nice work out area overlooking the beach on the Lobby level for those that want to exercise while on vacation. This condo has a king in the Master bedroom with a nice sitting area and it has access to the balcony. The master bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and a second bathroom in the hall which is a shower/ tub combination. Unlike most units in Splash this unit has a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a love seat and queen sleeper sofa. Both of these are new along with the carpet which was replaced January 2011. We offer the free daily beach set up of two padded chaises and umbrella from the first of March through the end of October each year. We also have free WIFI in the condo. We are owner renters and do not use a rental company. You will deal only with us as your host. Come to Splash and enjoy your vacation at the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Thank-you!! Randy and Joy
