This 1 bedroom w/bunk area and 2 bathrooms is located in Tower 1 on the 16th floor. This is the owners' personal unit and once you enter the door, you know it. Everything from the balcony to the bedroom is what you would find at home and want to find on vacation. Quality furniture, flat screen televisions, kitchen cookware, the king size mattress. Everything is top notch.
The master bedroom has a 32" TV and king size mattress. The bunk area has storage under the bottom bunk and it's own closet. The 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the bunk area.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals. There are more than enough pots, pans, bake ware,and kitchen accessories to make meal time a breeze.
The dining area has both a dining table along with bar stools at the kitchen counter so everyone has a place to sit.
Of course, you can always ease out to the balcony with your plate and enjoy the views. The balcony has a small dining table and 2 chaise lounges. Perfect for mom's afternoon nap with a drink on the side table.
The living room has the most awesome flat screen - all 42 inches of it. Great place to leave dad watching his favorite game while the rest of the family heads to the beach. When you leave here, you know you have been to the beach.
Linens are 450 TC and our bath towels are over sized and oh, so soft.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware needs. No need to purchase cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. We start you off with it all.
High speed wireless internet is provided with your rental. Movies through Netflix included too.
Check-in anytime with key-less entry. We will email you a confirmation, rental agreement, parking pass and arrival information with the combination to your unit. You don't have to stop by any rental office or worry about picking up a key after hours. We try to make your vacation easy.
Check-in at 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am.

You don't have to rent a full week either. We welcome those shorter visits.

Bright overlooking the ocean. Very clean and secure. Perfect access to ocean and beach service. At this time of the year it was quiet and peaceful.
