Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Ocean Villa Unit 504. King master on beach, 2nd bedroom with king bed, queen sleeper. 2 bathrooms.

From March 1 - October 31 get FREE beach service with our condo . You will have 2 padded chaise lounges and an umbrella each day of you stay.

Area Information

Ocean Villa 504 is located in the middle of Panama City Beach. It is a beach front condominium with a huge balcony over looking the pool and hot tub and also the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are two parking decks under the building and a three deck parking structure across the street with a pedestrian walkover on the third deck. The pool area is gated and has a punch code lock for entry. This way only Ocean Villa owners and guests should be able to enter. There is one outdoor pool and a hot tub. There is an indoor/outdoor pool that is seasonally heated from Thanksgiving thru March 31 each year. There is also to gas barbecue grills for your convenience in the pool deck area. It is one half mile west of Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. Also about one half a mile west of Walmart. You will be within walking distance of several restaurants. We offer the free daily beach set up of two padded chaises and an umbrella to all our guests from the first of March through the end of October each year. You will also have free WIFI. nice but too crowded

Condo 1802 was awesome, but overall there was way too many people for the elevator service. We sometimes would have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get on an elevator. Also I think having to go down and reserve chairs and umbrellas every day was ridiculous. Like I said the condo itself was super nice and very well decorated, clean and stocked with all dishes, pots and pans, and utensils that you would ever need.
