Mary Lee has a simply wonderful condo that will provide you with the most relaxing vacation! The decor is attractive lively and fun and very up-to-date. The photos are exactly what the condo looks like! We did not want for anything as Mary lee has thought of each detail to make us feel at home. After a long drive, we so very much appreciated the home baked cookies and the coffee and tea!! This condo is CLEAN! So very important to us! The area is full of fun things to do and great food "joints' as well as good shopping opportunities. And the condo community is close to everything but is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a relaxed and very SAFE and quiet complex. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog, too. You could never tell that the condo has had animals in the past. The furniture was so very clean and looked new. A short walk to the beautiful ocean! We feel that we had the best of everything on this vacation...great location, beautiful lodging, comfy and relaxing, and Mary Lee is so helpful! Try this one, you will not regret it!!!!!

EXCELLENT VACATION!

September 5, 2011

My family decided at the last minute to go to PCB for the Labor Day Weekend. Marylee was very helpful and we were very surprised to find such a great deal last minute. The Condo had everything we needed at it was in a great location. We wanted a quiet weekend at the beach and not in the partying scene. We were able to have plenty of room for cooking a full dinner and breakfast while we were there. Marylee and Curt were very helpful throughout the whole weekend and there were wonderful cookies waiting for us when we arrived. We were not able to do much because of the Tropical Storm but we were about a five minute drive from Pier Park and spent most of our time there with the shopping. We look forward to our next vacation in PCB and hopefully with Marylee and Curt. Thanks so much!

Quality Condo, Great Price:)

My Husband and I decided last minute to come to PCB for a few days, and were very surprised at the quality room we found on such short notice. When you start looking for Pet Friendly rooms, the options decrease immensely...Either they are not walking distance to the beach or are not as nice and overpriced. These factors are all very important to us, being a young couple with a maltese that thinks she is human. Our idea of fun is relaxing on the beach during the day and being a little more active at night, and this condo met our needs. We could have brought four more people with us and had plenty of room with bunk beds and a pull out couch bed in the living room. It is complete with two restrooms and full kitchen and is decorated nicely. It is right across the street to the beach and has private beach access with the sandpiper. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Marylee and Curt with fresh baked cookies and a cozy beach style condo. It had all the ammenities we needed to relax in the room if that is what we chose to do..Our pup felt right at home, and enjoyed getting to vacation with us...The condo is in a good location and we will definitely be returning in the future. We were very satisfied with the quality of room we received compared to the price we paid. Thanks Marylee and Curt!!!!
