Our entire family made the trip to Pamana City beach and decided to stay at Splash because it looked like the kids would enjoy the kids water park and slides. Our condo was very nice, but could have been a little cleaner with more wash clothes and towels. When we arrived there was no carts available to bring our luggage and items upstairs... When we finally snagged a cart the wait for the elevator was hours long due to only one elevator working! Neither was the air conditioning in the lobby or hallways working it was hot hot hot! People in line for the elevators were angry... Imagine what that was like with a baby as well as a 5 & 6 yr old who had been traveling all day. I will not recommend Splash to my friends and will not be be going back
