Above rates include ALL fees (ie, Florida sales and tourist taxes, cleaning fees, resort fees, parking, and management services).

My beachfront 1-bedroom condominium on the 2nd floor is spacious (over 1,000 sq ft) and can sleep up to 6. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom with king bed, 2 full-size bathrooms, one of the living room sofas makes into a queen-size sleeper, twin-size sleeper ottoman, and there are 2 air mattresses (with pump). Free in-room WiFi, flat-panel TVs/DVDs in living area & bedroom, plus there is an in-room washer/dryer for your use. All linens, beddings & towels are provided.

My beachfront 3-bedroom condominiums are on the 1st/2nd/8th floors. Each condo is spacious (over 1,450 sq ft) and can sleep up to 10. Fully-equipped kitchens, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2 full-size bathrooms, one of the living room sofas makes into a queen-size sleeper. Free in-room WiFi, flat screen TVs/DVD players in living area & bedrooms, plus there is an in-room washer/dryer for your use. All linens, beddings & towels are provided.

The Regency Towers Resort Condominium, located at 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL, is a 24x7 gated property with 2 large-size pools (1 heated), a kiddie pool, hot tub area, beach boardwalk & sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball net, exercise rooms, shuffleboard courts, and charcoal & gas grills plus picnic tables. The condominuim is situated on over 540 feet of beach where you can enjoy walking barefoot for miles in either direction. There is a snack shop between the pools where you can have lunch or snacks while enjoying the sun. There is no additional charge for parking within the gated property, and there is also freel RV/boat parking directly accross the street. Karoake fun & entertainment is provided at pool-side during summer months.

Regardless of the ages, lots of entertainment is available in front of the condominium, such as beach volley ball, jet skiing, banana rides, and parasailing.

Just a mile away you can play golf, ride go carts, do mini-golf or ride the bungee. Several other activities are available (such as greyhound dog race, fishing, great shopping and amusement parks). We found activites very much reasonable too.

Panama City Beach was rated #1 for spring destinations & #3 for golfing community. It is the most beautiful vacation spot in the world as it has miles of white sugary sand beaches.

We persoanlly have vacationed in Panama City Beach for over 30 years, and we never tire of it! Once you spend a vacation in Panama City Beach you will too be 'hooked' to returning year-after-yeart. It is definately the most fun-filled, relaxing, and exciting vacation place in the the United States!
