This is the Edgewater Beach Resort's "Beach Front" location: unique lagoon pools with rock islands and water falls, health spa, shopping center, "The Shoppes," Cinema 10 Movie Theater, golf, tennis and many other amenities, make it the perfect vacation choice! Also, the highly acclaimed Pier Park is just a few miles away...it's an amazing shopping and restaurant district!

Our penthouse condo looks directly out to the emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico, offering sparkling views from 2 balconies! A modern kitchen with granite was installed in 2011.

This Edgewater Penthouse condo is designed with comfortable furnishings, including the queen-sized sleeper bed located in the living area. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. You are in the penthouse, no one is above you! This condo features all the comforts of home, plus bed linens and pillows for all beds including the sleeper sofa.

This affordable 3 bedroom including loft, 3 full bath vacation rental sleeps up to 8 guests. Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a bunk bed in the loft. And a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.

Edgewater provides everything luxury hotels offer – but at an affordable price. All this and only a short 20 minute's drive to/from the beautiful BRAND NEW (ECP) International airport!

Great place to stay... no problems... penthouse with two balconies with one open right to the sky to get the sun.... right on the beach.... pools were great and on site food at restaurant was good.... will come back again... Tim
