This place was PERFECT for our little family. Clean, well-kept, and simply beautiful. It as our first time renting a condo, and I must say I don't think I can go back to a hotel ever again! Privacy, home comforts, and the OCEAN! we have a four year old and an almost two year old, and they had a blast! Our oldest actually cried hen it was time to go. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

This was our 2nd stay at Splash. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The owners were great to deal with and made extra accomodations to allow us to check-in early to beat the "4:00 pm check-in rush". Highly recommend a direct rental rather than going through Sterling Resorts.

We had the most amazing time with our family. The condo was impressive, clean, organized and the beds were very comfortable. Having a dish washer, washer and dryer and the kitchen fully equipped was a plus. The beach view from the room was amazing and my wife loved all the decorations. We loved the pools and beach and our kids couldnt have enough of the water park in the building. We really did not want to leave so we are palnning our next vacation to come back. Thank you for having such of a great place, PS/ I posted some pictures on FaceBook and I have some friends interested in visiting here.

Best place we have ever stayed in PCB

We enjoyed our 2 month stay in this well equipped ,very comfortable condo. Sunsets were lovely and the view of the firewooks display after the Mardi Gras parade was exceptional.Owners Willie & Maria checked more than once to ensure that we had everything we needed .Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub even though there were waves in the pool on cooler days.Hope to return next year

Two weeks of winter bliss at SPLASH!
January 3, 2012
Our family just spent two weeks at SPLASH! in this beautifully decorated, spacious, high-end unit. Unit 706W was very beautifully decorated 'classy beach' style. Our master bedroom was huge as was our master ensuite. I loved waking up each morning with an ocean view from our bed! The boys' room was on the other end of the condo with their own bath, tv, and window. The kitchen was large, open and highly functional with granite counters, etc. Everything in the unit was in perfect working condition, had wifi, and 3 tv's with cable. We had an extra large balcony that our family loved sitting out on watching the dolphins swimming by and the constantly changing sunsets each night. On New Years Eve, after attending the Pier Park family celebration at 8:00pm we came back to our condo and at mid-night watched the most amazing fireworks show I had ever seen from our balcony. We could actually see five different fireworks diplays at the same time from the balcony, What a view! The owners were bery easy to work with and had everything is ship shape condition and live near by if any problems should arise they would come right over to deal with it. The pool was nice and warm, the beach was fantastic with our best ever shell collection. We are already trying to plan for our next visit to this perfect unit for our family of five.
