Ground Floor - Weeks of July 28 & Aug 3 Open !!

We have two condos - a ground floor (110B) and a 6th floor (605A). Great Rates on both! One is a Beautifully decorated Ground floor condo in the "B" building with a great sunset view. No elevators to slow you down. Step off the large patio into the tropical pool area. Keyless door lock - No keys to keep track of or worry about losing! Cars can be unloaded steps from your car, no need for carts!

The second condo is an end unit on the sixth floor of the "A" building. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The guest room in 605A has a queen and a twin bed to comfortably sleep 5 in beds. We get a lot of positive comments on our decor and comfortable furnishings. Both have beautiful views and our complex at Summerhouse has gorgeous grounds and great amenities; tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard and Free Wireless Internet. Everything for the ideal beach vacation. Equipment for these activities are provided at the desk in the lobby. The lobby also has video arcade games, three pool tables, plus tables, couches and a large screen TV where you can relax and visit with friends and / or family.

We have two pools in a beautiful tropical setting with a great view of the Gulf; enjoy our kiddie pool, hot tub and large beachfront Gazebo with picnic tables and seating. A great place to picnic and socialize if you need a break from the sun!

Both living rooms have a 42" flat screen TV, a Blu Ray player, stereo and lots of seating.
The Master Bedroom suites have a king size bed with luxurious 600 TC sheets, a 32" Flat Screen TV with cable, and a private bath room. Lay on the bed and enjoy the relaxing sound of the Gulf in the mornings!

The Guest bedroom in 110B has a full size bed and tall bunk beds with a stairway instead of a ladder and can sleep 6 in beds. All beds have new mattresses and high thread count sheets for luxury and comfort. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bath room as well.

We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid handsoap at each sink. A stackable washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. All you need are food, beach towels and sunscreen!

All amenities and parking are on-site. The front desk provides equipment for tennis, racquetball and shuffleboard. Four BBQ grills are available for your convenience as well.

We do not allow pets or smoking in our condo. We do not rent to single adults under 25. A parent must stay in the unit the entire visit. I prefer to speak with guests prior to making a final reservation.

Guests that make reservations for the following year will be guaranteed no increase in rates.

We are located on Thomas Drive, halfway to St Andrews State Park. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach in front of Summerhouse.
