Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

"Serenity" at Twin Palms Resort is a beautiful, well cared for two bedroom, two bath beach front condo on PCB, the real - fun - beach!
With a short distance (easy walk) to Pompanos, Pineapple Willies, Sushi and Thai, Southern style restraunts, shopping, grocery and pharmacy, Serenity is convenient.
Resort Amenities include 2 pools, (one indoor and heated), exercise room, spa, hot tub, BBQ area, gated community, underground parking and is on the trolley line.
Two bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa provide comfortable accomodations for six. The Master bedroom has a private bath and private access to the extra large BOWED balcony. The guest bedroom, also with TV has private access to the 2nd full bath.
The spacious family room offers a great view of the Gulf and you can step out to the amazing balcony view.
The condo does have a washer and dryer and wifi service.
Checking in is easy and most people wish they would never have to leave. That's okay though because we love to have guests become friends that look forward to returning. "Serenity" is wating for you.

Area Information

Serenity is less than a mile from Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworkds and two putt putt golf courses including Coconut Golf and Grand Maze.You might enjoy breakfast and a round of putt putt golf before spending the day exploring beautiful white sandy beach. Later in the day, before heading out to Pier Park or an evening game at Frank Brown Park you may want to take a refreshing swim in one of the two pools.
Serenity is less than fifteen minutes from Frank Brown Park and Pier Park.This is ideal for people who want to stay out of the beaten track yet have esay access to some of the trendy restaurants like the Beer Garten, Three Brothers Burgers and Fries and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. On rainy days, Pier Park is great with multiple gift shops, candy store and a 16 Screen theatre.
Anyone coming for the National LIttle League Championship games or the Women's Fast Pitch Softball tournaments will like being so close to Frank Brown Park. Nature lovers will like the fact that Serenity is within minutes from Gayle's Trails, Lake Powell, Camp Helen State Park and the newest Greenspace in Panama City Beach.
