Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental
Our family, welcomes your family to enjoy our beautiful condo located on Front Beach Rd. Just steps to the beach where you will find sugary white sand with warm emerald green & sapphire blue waters. Just 20 minutes to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and 1.8 miles from Pier Park. The condo is nestled in a tropical landscaped resort that features 2 tennis courts three swimming pools, two cascading waterfalls, hot tub, kiddie pool. This newly updated 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6. It is clean, spacious, and completely furnished. It is built in a townhouse style with both bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, vanity with sink, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony with a huge closet, tv and dvd player. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a large closet, tv and a dvd player. The downstairs features a fully-equipped kitchen, snack bar, dining area, living room, half bath, and laundry. The living room has a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and sliding glass doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs. A gas grill located on the back porch for family BBQ’s. Two parking spaces are located at the front entrance to this condo, with additional parking across the street in front of the tennis courts. This unit is a no smoking, no pets allowed unit. Due to the family atmosphere at this complex we will rent to families and mature adults only. Prices vary on the season . Nov-February can be rented out monthly for the snowbirds at a special monthly rate.

beautiful and clean condo

We had a great experience staying at your condo. The condo was up to date and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location of the place was perfect since we had my mother joining us and we did not have to walk very far to get to the beach or sit by the pools. We look forward to staying again next year.
