Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Gated access and twenty-four hour security insure your safety for this 3 bedroom, 3 bath wrap-around balcony condo overlooking the lush 11,000 square foot Lagoon Pool and white sand beachs of the Gulf of Mexico. A queen sofa bed is located in the living area. Two hot tubs are located on the pool deck. Ten other pools and 2 more hot tubs are scattered around the tropical landscaping that makes Edgewater Beach the perfect paradise. The property offers beach yoga, parasailing, sail boats, wave runners and other water sports. Edgewater boasts several restaurants, a gift shop, hair/tanning salon, fitness center, tennis courts, a 36 hole golf course, spa, and shuffle board. A tram will ferry you to spa and fitness center. A great place to vacation or hold meetings.

Area Information

Edgewater Beach Resort is located in central Panama City Beach about 20 minutes from the airport. It is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, theater, miniature golf, arcade and bowling. Museums and water/amusement park are in near proximity.
