Deposits: DEPOSITS: (Reservation/Damage): All Daily/Weekly reservations for our 1 & 2 bedroom require a deposit of $250 and all 3 bedrooms $350.00. Spring Break and Monthly reservations deposit required is $500 for all type/size units. Your deposit is required within 10 days of booking reservation to guarantee a reserved unit. If DEPOSITS (Reservations/Damage) is not received within required time for any daily/weekly/monthly reservations the reservation will be cancelled. As long as no occurrences such as cancellation, pets, smoking in unit, excessive cleaning for unit is needed or damages have occurred a REFUND of deposit amount paid will be returned within 14 days of departure by company check or refund to credit card. If any occurrences the full deposit will be retained.

Other Fees: CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Daily/Weekly reservations require 21 days in advance of scheduled check-in date and Monthly reservations require 90 days in advance of scheduled check-in date in order to avoid forfeiture of full reservation deposit. Cancellation within required deadline will only be charged a cancellation processing fee of $25/ Monthly reservations $50 and will receive a cancellation number. PETS POLICY: At this time we do not allow guests pets on property. This will be strictly enforced in accordance with the Dunes of Panama Association Rules and Regulation. If a guest pet is found on property or in unit you will be required to board the pet immediately with no refund of deposit. If the pet can not be boarded you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund of rent or deposit. We are aware you will see pets at times on property,however, these are pets of owners and follow the Dunes of Panama Rules and Regulations. All owners register pets in office. Smoking: As a friendly reminder all rental units are Non Smoking. Full deposits will be retained for loss of rental and/or additional cleaning due to smoking in a unit. Smoking is allowed on the balconies, but we ask that you please close balcony doors while smoking so the smoke does not drift into unit. Smoke that drifts in the unit is considered the same as smoking in the unit so we ask you to please be cautious. REFUNDS: EARLY DEPARTURE: We do not refund for early departures. WEATHER POLICY: Our policy is that we do not refund for undesirable weather conditions or tropical storms. HURRICANE POLICY: If you are currently on property at the time the Officials announce for everyone to evacuate Panama City Beach, the Dunes of Panama will refund any un-used days of rent.
